A body, a witness, and the foreboding assortment of bones — but this stranger does not scream, instead, they seem unbothered. Useful, but it does not feed. ❛ And what does your enjoyment give me? ❜ She steps away hindered by legs that seem disconnected from her, she stumbles but does not scowl.

With his ability to control the lupine, Vlad’s eyes flashed red once that sent the supernatural beast bounding back into the deep forest. But, there was promise there. Even if it was unrefined and as mysterious as the maid. 

“ What  is  a  ghost? ”    There  is  no  hesitation  in  their  approach;    they  have  never  stayed  their  feet  for  monsters  before,  and  they  see  no  reason  to  stop  now.    “ Something  dead  that  seems  to  be  alive. ”    A  hand  rests  near  the  hilt  of  their  saber  in  warning,  but  any  real  threat  has  yet  to  bleed  into  their  posture.        “ Something  dead  that  doesn’t  know  it’s  dead. ”
