Liann turned back around after Olly disappeared, then looked at Autumn. “He totally likes you, you know.”

“Haha! Good one, Liann.”

Liann lifted an eyebrow. “I’m serious.” Autumn looked at her, an eyebrow raised.

“I mean, come on! It’s so obvious from the way he looks at you and talks to you that he’s totally in love!”

“Psh, big deal. I’m pretty sure he talks to everyone like that.” Autumn turned back around to focus on the cart.

“Autumn, I have known Olly my entire life. I’ve know how he acts when he’s got a crush, and he definitely has one on you!” Autumn stood up, dusting off her dress lightly. 

“Doesn’t he like Paisley, though?”

Liann looked at her, confused. “What? He’s never considered her more than a friend. Besides, I think she likes someone else.”

“Paisley likes someone?!”

“It’s only speculation! But, like Olly, I’ve known her my whole life, and I see how she gets around Leo…” Liann smiled confidently. “But back to the point! I’m not saying you have to treat him any differently, but on the chance that you feel the same…you should go for it.” 

Autumn just stared at her dumbfoundedly. Liann grinned and patted her on the shoulder once before skipping off, right as Nova rounded the corner.
