Six years ago I started losing my hair after my first round of chemotherapy. The #mohawk was to try and make it easier for my kids to see I wouldn’t give in to this disease, my warrior cut, making a bit of fun out of a very turbulent time. I remember it like it was yesterday. I felt like I’d done a round with #miketyson but I wasn’t out, I was just getting started. Ready for round two. Over the last six years it’s amazing what’s changed! And what hasn’t! We might get sad every now and then over things, but reality and life can be harsh and exciting too. Never forget to live it to it’s fullest. I’m as strong as ever, if not stronger than ever, I’m more positive than I’ve ever been in my life and that positivity is growing with every day that passes. You don’t know what’s around that corner, you just have to face it when it hits you.
