A/N: Itâs Mania season and I feel like I haven't written for him in a while. Part of this is from a story I ended up taking down in 2024.
Since somebody said that Iâm more creative than that to pick from their little story, you were right. Thanks for being a fan. đ
2016
âWho the fuck is David and why is he texting you at 2am?â Joeâs deep voice boomed. âYouâve got no right to be yelling at me about David, when you have a whole fucking family at home waiting for you! He is literally some nigga I met at the bookstore!â Orion yelled as she pushed Joe away from her and rolled off the bed. âThis is not about me! WHO. IS. DAVID?! And why the fuck does he have your phone number?!â he yelled as he pulled his boxers back on. âWow, the fuckinâ audacity. Like, I always knew that this was just sex but you NEVER mentioned that you were cheating on your fiancee with me. Let alone you have a child with her! I wouldnât have started fucking you if I knew all the facts and thatâs on me. I feel so stupid for EVER thinking that someone like you would be with someone like me. Good enough to fuck behind closed doors but not good enough to date in the open.â Orion yelled as she threw Joeâs clothes at him in her bedroom. David was some guy she met at Barnes & Noble, they chatted and bonded over coffee and mystery novels. He worked nights as an ER nurse, he had already apologized for not being aware of the time. Joe was not her man, he didnât even stay the night. Orion was surprised he had stayed this long. âIâm sorry you had to find out this way. Really I am.â he grumbled as he quickly pulled his sweats over his thick legs. âGET THE FUCK OUT! I HATE YOU!â she screamed, tears streaming down her cheeks as she hurled his Nikes at him. âOrion, baby let me explain! Iâll leave her! I want to be with you in the open.â Joe spoke before he felt her palm in the middle of his chest pushing him out the door. âFuck you Joe!â she yelled before slamming the door in his face. He could hear her sobbing on the other side of the locked door. âOrion please. IâŠbaby I love you.â he pleaded softly, his head resting against the cool metal. âJust go Joe. Leave me alone. Please.â she sobbed softly as she clutched the positive pregnancy test in her hand.Â
Two years laterâŠ2018
âAye Joe, ainât that ol girl you used to mess with back in NXT? She was thick as fuck in the best way.â Jon asked as they sat down for movie night that had turned into them watching Lucha Underground. âYoâŠshhh!â Joe launched a pillow in Jonâs direction as his wife Shar sat down next to him with a bowl of kettle corn. Suddenly, he wasnât in the mood to watch tv anymore. Seeing the woman he professed his love to through a metal door outside of an Orlando apartment was now on screen in glorious HD. It had only been 2 years but Orion James had aged like a fine wine. Still thicc, still gorgeous, still talented AF and her pussy probably still tasted like mango and pineapples. âYooâŠJoe was that the shawty you mentored down in NXT a few years ago? I meanâŠthere canât be too many black girls with that tattoo. Now sheâs doing Lucha? Thatâs kinda dope. She cooking in there.â Joeâs other cousin Josh said as he handed Joe a beer and flopped down on the nearest chair. The intricate wolf motif that traveled from her ass down to her knee was unmistakable. If looks could kill, Josh was a dead man walking. His cousins knew all about Joe and Orion James, the one he was about to leave Shar and the baby for. âSheâs far too big to be actually good at wrestling. Sheâs clunky like Nia.â Shar laughed. âNaw, donât get it twisted. She could always fuckin go! Great ring awareness. Strong and fastâŠalmost like she had some Samoan in her.â Jon laughed, him and his twin looking in Joeâs direction. She had spent many nights with a Samoan in her.
One year laterâŠ2019
âSon, you need something new for your character. Time to evolve past The Shield. The Big Dog needs a new trick. Seth is done with you and Dean is over at AEW.â Sika spoke to his son over breakfast. âI know. I donât even know if I want to do this anymore. This time off has made me think things over quite a bit. I justâŠmy heartâs not in it anymore. Maybe itâs time for me to try New Japan. I think I could do well over there. Theyâve reached out.â Joe sighed. âOh, I love New Japan. The competition is stiff. But if youâre looking for character development, thereâs a wrestler you should watch. The current leader of the Bullet Club.â Sika smiled. Sika just thought she was pretty and her characterâs darkness was something his son could exceed at. He could see the similarities. Roman Reigns could become a heel that everyone loved, much like Orion Wolff. âCody Rhodes? Iâm good on him. Didnât like him when he was here, despite him being Dustyâs kid.â Joe grumbled. âWhen youâre a retired wrestler that has wrestled all over the world, you watch more wrestling than youâd like to admit. Dustyâs boy started that new company with Tony Khan. I doubt theyâd ever give the WWE any real competition though.â Sika laughed.
âWell, I guess taking a look at the competition wouldnât hurt.â Joe laughed as his father pulled up the NJPW Youtube channel. He went to one clip in particular, all the members of Bullet Club worldwide were arriving back in Tokyo for a meeting called by the leader ahead of Wrestle Kingdom back in January. âYou and the twins could do something like this and bring in some more members of the family. Call it, The Bloodline.â Sika smiled. Her black pants clung to her curves perfectly. The newest Louis Vuitton x Timberland classic blacks on her feet. A $1M Jacob & Co Year of the Dragon on her wrist. The fitted shirt that showed off her tattooed sleeves read âBullet Club Bossâ. Her face was unmistakeable: Orion James. Joe almost choked on his drink. âSheâs badâŠainât she?â his father laughed. Joe didnât want to get into the fact that he broke this womanâs heart more than 5 years ago. âSheâs gorgeous. But how does that help me build a new character?â Joe asked. âShh. Just watch & listen.â Sika smiled. Orion started commanding everyone to execute her planned attacks on their opponents before Wrestle Kingdom to weaken them. Unlike WWE, NJPW rarely wrote happy endings for the opponents of Bullet Club because Bullet Club made them huge amounts of money annually. That led to Joe going down a rabbit hole of the lore of Orion Wolff aka Orion Nichelle James. After leaving WWE, she wrestled in Lucha Underground and in the CMLL of Mexico before going to Japan and dominating. âHow does this help you? Sheâs got 6 belts across multiple companies. WWE wonât let you do that butâŠyou could be the champion of both shows. I believe in you, son. The family believes in you. Step into your destiny.â Sika smiled. Thatâs exactly what Joe did.
Four years after Movie NightâŠ2022
âMommy, can we go to Wrestlemania this year?â Phynix asked as she played on her tablet. âWrestlemania? Girl, what you know about some Wrestlemania?â Orion asked as she picked up her daughter from school. âToshiâs father is taking him before the school year starts. AndâŠwe usually go to visit Nana & Pop-pop before the school year starts. Technically, we would already be in Texas.â the little girl suggested. âGirlâŠdo you have Wrestlemania money?â Orion asked. âWell, I donât have a job, silly mommy! But Mommy makes LOTS of monies.â the little girl giggled. âIs Wrestle Kingdom not good enough for you anymore?â Orion asked. âI still love Wrestle Kingdom, but Wrestlemania looks soo cool. Mama, look!â Phynix smiled, turning the iPad to show Orion the teaser for Wrestlemania. Her heart sank when she saw him, Phynixâs father. The man that was oblivious to her very existence. Orion hadnât bothered to keep tabs on Joe Anoaâi, she hated that man for destroying her. Not only did he break her heart and leave her with a baby, he shat all over her self-worth because of her size. She was good enough to fuck under the cover of darkness but heâd walk past her at the Performance Center like she was just another trainee. He wouldnât even look her in the eye but she was crazy about him. Leaving him was the hardest thing she had ever done.
The WWE had recently come calling now that they had new ownership. Orion Wolff was the best womenâs wrestler on the planet and TKO wanted her. So far, they hadnât made the numbers line up but that could always change. Her management team was very persuasive when it came to getting Orion the money & terms she wanted.
âSo can we go?â Phynix asked from the backseat. âWeâll see. Nana and Pop-pop might be sad that youâd rather go to Dallas than to spend time with them in Austin.â Orion teased. She knew how much her daughter loved spending time with her grandparents. âPop-pop likes Double Double E. Maybe they can come too.â Phynix grumbled. âHe does? I'm going to have to talk to him about that. That's the competition.â Orion laughed. âWhat's that mean? I donât know that word yet.â The little girl asked. âWe are The Autobots, they are The Decepticons.â Orion explained. âOhhh. Are they the opps?â Phynix asked, putting her fists up. âBaby girl, what on earth do you know about the opps?â Orion laughed as she pulled into the parking garage. âWell, I know that we don't like the opps. The opps are bad.â Phynix giggled.
Orion and Phynix got on the elevator and headed up to their penthouse suite. âI miss Nana's sweet tato pie.â Phynix sighed. âI miss it too. I miss all of her cooking.â Orion added. As Phynix got older, raising her with a loaded work schedule got more difficult for Orion. At least in the States, she had her family there to help. Was she really considering leaving Japan and making the move to WWE? âI was almost in the WWE before you were born.â Orion smiled as they sat down to do homework once dinner was in the oven. âYou were? Nuh uh! That's cool.â Phynix gasped. âYeah! I have pictures to prove it.â Orion smiled, opening her iPad. She opened Google photos and went back to 2016.
She had pics with Charlotte Flair, AJ Lee, Seth Rollins, Edge, Roman Reigns, Bayley and countless others. âYou knew Roman Reigns?! He's me and Pop-pop's favorite!â Phynix smiled. âI thought that I was your favorite!â Orion pouted. âIn Double Double E! I do think that you could beat him! Unless he calls his cousins. But I'll help you! I will kick them in the knees!â Phynix laughed as she jumped up and graced the air with perfectly placed Taekwondo kicks. âThank you for having my back, my little tiger lily.â Orion smiled as she cuddled Phynix into her lap.
After getting Phynix down for bed, Orion made the tragic mistake of looking up Roman Reigns on YouTube. Their daughter looked like him with a deep tan, she even had his big ass ears. âThis asshole bit my entire swag. Line for line, bar for bar.â She grumbled reposting his latest promo on Cody Rhodes and captioning that it looked & sounded familiar. Cody was the first to like it, and then Finn Balor, he was followed by her Guerillas of Destiny who had familial ties with a few WWE superstars. Tama Tonga had even recently made a joke about Roman Reigns being in the position he was in because of nepotism and not talent. Joe was talented enough but being the son of a WWE Hall of Famer never hurt things.
Joe was in the middle of his morning workout when his phone pinged. It was an Instagram notification which he only got from people who were verified with over a million followers. âOhhâŠnow I have your attention?â Joe laughed as he watched her response. She was doing something he couldnâtâŠooze sex appeal mixed with danger. Rhea Ripley had also tapped into some of that energy and depending on who you asked, he had too but Joe didnât see it. He was worried that she would choke him with her bare hands, but she also made his dick hard. He hit the follow immediately and DMâd her.
âJust keeping an eye on you, Ri.â
âYeah, you have. Just watching & learning. Boy, you wanna be me so bad! Itâs cute.â
âThatâs what you think?â
âItâs what I know. Itâs ok. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.â
âAcknowledge me.â
âStep your belt game up before you start me for anything, Joe.â
âYou got some nerve messaging me after all the time thinking shit is sweet. You shattered me into a millions pieces and think that we can just talk cordially on the internet? Boy, FUCK YOU! Fuck your lame ass family. Fuck your ugglass wife! Fuck them big ass teeth you went and bought! Iâll never forgive you for what you did to me. Itâs smoke forever! Maybe Iâll tell your daughter that youâre dead since youâve been dead to me for years.â she typed angrily. The bedroom door eased open Phynix came scurrying in followed by her caracal, Kana. âMommy, can we sleep with you? The thunder is so very scary.â her little voice asked sweetly. Orion deleted the message and tossed her phone on the nightstand as she cuddled up with the only good part of Joe Anoaâi.

Lindir finds himself suddenly getting sick at work and barely makes it home. You come to his rescue. (Great summary, I know)
Forever Tag: @bonjour-rainycity @theelvenhaven
A/N: Heyo, where my migraine sufferers at? I uh... Iâve been struggling with my allergies (or at least I think itâs allergies) as of late and for whatever reason, my mind keeps lingering on the thoughts of having a migraine. Now when I was a kid and I got migraines, I always remember a defining factor. We only had two vehicles at the time, but my sister was using one, which means that my mom took my dad to work in the mornings with me in the backseat. And by the gods, if the smell of coffee in the car didnât make me sick every single stinking time. Later on, I learned that some of my migraines were triggered by certain scents and both weather and hormonal changes (yikes). Luckily, being an adult, I donât get migraines as much anymore (though I still avoid certain scents like the plague) but instead I get vertigo (which is not at all any better). Anyways, this is the best piece Iâve written since Iâve gotten sick, which means that Iâm on the uptick and should be back to normal soon.
2.9k words. Warnings: Non graphic description of a migraine (but that includes vomit), insecure Lindir (poor bby)Â
Phynixâs face lit up. âMy dad? He lives in Texas like Nana & Pop-pop?â She asked. âYou should ask him.â Orion smiled, nudging Joe. âHe's hiding from me.â Phynix pouted. âHe's shy and maybe he needs some of the bread you made.â Orion smiled. âIt's not ready yet. Nana said 10 minutes longer. What's his name?â She asked. âHis name is Joseph.â Orion shrugged, scooping her daughter up into her arms. âWhat kind of name is that? Is it an American name?â Phynix asked. âIt's Hebrew, like from the Bible. Joe, say hi.â Orion laughed. âIs he cute?â Phynix asked. âNot really.â Orion giggled, causing Joe to drop his hands. âWhatchu talking about? I'm super cute!â he grumbled.
âRoman Reigns is my dad? This is the boy you kissed to make me? Wow! I have the coolest parents!â She smiled, almost jumping into Joe's arms. âHi Munchkin. I heard you were looking for me.â He smiled. âWhere were you?! Mama's all by herself.â Phynix asked. âI was looking for you too.â Joe smiled, noticing the tears in Orionâs eyes. âI have to go tell my Nana.â Phynix smiled, wiggling out of his arms before running off. âNana! I have a dad! And heâs here!â
âI think that went well, don't you?â Joe laughed, pulling Orion into his arms. âI'm so sorry Joe. You must think I'm a terrible person.â She cried softly. âI don't. I was the terrible person, baby. We talked about this. We're in the here and now. We go from here. I've got you and I've got her. You're stuck with me now!â He smiled, kissing her forehead and wiping her tears with his fingers. âThank you.â Orion sighed. âI wanted to leave my girlfriend to marry you! I could never hate you. I know I won a belt and therefore got a fat ass raise but meeting my daughter is so much better.â Joe smiled as Phynix came back around the corner with Orionâs mom. âNana, this is my daddy. His name is Josup? Roman Reigns.â She giggled.
âNice to finally meet you.â Candice smiled as she shook Joe's hand. âNice to meet you too, Mrs. James. I finally see where Orion gets her otherworldly beauty from. Yâall are so pretty.â Joe smiled, Orion rolled her eyes. Candice blushed. âNana, my parents are so cool!â Phynix giggled. âThey are pretty cool. I'll let you all have some time together. Welcome to the family, Joe.â Candice smiled as she went to get showered and dressed for the day. âLet me guessâŠa conversation will be had later?â Joe asked. âYep.â Orion nodded. âCan you come back to Japan with us?â Phynix asked. âOnly if your Mom says it's ok, I'll come visit.â Joe smiled, scooping her up into his arms. âMama, can he come to Japan to visit us? Please?!â Phynix begged. They both looked at her with the puppy eyes. âDonât encourage her, Joe.â Orion laughed. âI've never been to Japan. Could be fun, right Munchkin?â Joe teased. âSo very fun. We can walk to 7-Eleven to get tea and Mama can make us fried onigiri and stuffed bao buns for lunch! Mama, please?â Phynix smiled. âThe adults will have to discuss it later. Right, Champ?â Orion nodded, Joe nodded in agreement.
âI saw your lightsaber video. You are quite skilled, Young Padawan.â Joe smiled as they sat at the kitchen table eating blueberry focaccia. âMy Mommy taught me. She can teach you too so we can play Jedis.â Phynix smiled. âHe's a Sith. We don't play with Siths.â Orion grumbled. âBut he kissed you and made me. What does that make me?â Phynix asked, a slight hint of worry in her voice. âThat makes you The Chosen One.â Joe smiled, falling right into alignment with the little nerd he helped create. âHeâs right. Phy, hang out with Dad while I get ready for the show, yeah?â Orion asked. âOf course, Mommy. But you look so very pretty already. Doesnât she, Daddy?â Phynix asked. âYour Mama is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.â Joe smiled, Orion rolled her eyes.
Orion was putting the final touches on her hair when Candice eased into her bathroom. âSoâŠhe looks better the closer you get and heâs fine from far away! And he loves Munchkin real bad! Theyâre down on the couch knocked out looking like twins.â Candice beamed, showing Orion the photo she snapped of them curled up together. Joe had gotten cozy and kicked his shoes off and found a blanket for them. âMy heart is so full right now. Please send me that.â Orion smiled. âObviously breakfast went well. Iâd ask if he wrapped it up but I see the wedding ring on his finger. Howâs wifey going to react?â Candice asked. âHis divorce was finalized a couple weeks ago. He still wears the ring for show. Or so the hoes leave him alone which we all know donât no ring stop no determined ho!â Orion laughed. âSoâŠnot yet? Got it. Well, let me know if we need to put Phy to bed so Mommy can go for a night ride on a Samoan Stallion.â Candice teased. âMa! I wonât be doing that anytime soon. Heâs here for Phynix.â Orion laughed. âThe way he was holding you and wiping your tearsâŠheâs here for you too. Just anâŠobservation. Not gonna lie, very attractive couple. Iâd love more cute ass grandbabies to spoil.â Candice teased as she watched Orion layer her perfume before putting her jewelry on. âDid we bring the Rolex?â Candice asked. âI didn't. I've been obsessed with this Hublot Big Bang. It's a men's watch but I just had the jeweler shorten the strap a bit. Iâve got a few of them.â Orion smiled as she pulled up her sleeve to reveal the luxury watch. âBaby girlâŠthis looks expensive. Shorten the strap? That's such a boss move. I raised such a baddie.â Candice laughed as she looked over Orionâs final look. She gave her the thumbs up.Â
Joe woke up on the couch with this perfect little angel clinging to him. She reminded him of her mother when she slept. Orionâs perfume slowly entered the room before she did. âRi, come sit with me.â he whispered, patting the spot on the couch next to him. âDamn girl, you look good.â he smiled. âThank you. Stepping out with Big UceâŠgotta look my best.â Orion laughed. âNow, I look like shit by comparison.â Joe laughed. âBullâŠless is more with you.â Orion smiled. âLet me check out this baller ass watch. Hublot, right?â he laughed. âYes. You into watches now?â she asked. âYeah. I was hoping that you brought that Jacob joint out.â he laughed. âThatâs in the safe back at the house. Come visit and I might let you wear it once.â she laughed. âNicest watch I own is this Rolex. Trying to get my weight up like you.â he teased. âOhâŠyou think I bought this? It was a gift.â she smiled. âWhat did you have to do for this Hublot?â he asked. âAttend an award show with a Saudi Billionaire. No sex, no kissing. Get dressed up and attend an event. He gifted me a whole set of Big Bangs before his wife divorced him and took half. Light blue, royal blue, pink, a rainbow one. This purple one is my favorite. That was an interesting time in my life.â Orion laughed. âI get it. You are quite charming. If I had limitless money, Iâd buy you shit too.â He laughed. âRoman Reigns could never have that amount of sauce. But itâs cute that he tries.â she laughed. âMunchkin told me that we kissed and made her.â Joe asked. âYeah. I told her that when a man and woman love each other and they kissâŠbabies are made up until they hit a certain age. Sheâs 6âŠway too early for the birds & bees talk. Having said thatâŠthis one asks a shit ton of questions.â Orion sighed as she ran her fingers through her daughter's curls. âShe started grilling me as soon as you walked away. Sheâs like her mother in so many ways.â Joe smiled. âSheâs also like her father.â
âI donât see how you do it. She asks soo many questions.â Joe laughed softly as they rode down to the first floor on the elevator. âSheâs very smart. You know kids donât have a filter. I imagine that your son also went through an inquisitive phase. Most kids do.â Orion asked. âFuck yeah! But it was mostly about what I did for work.â Joe laughed. âWell, sheâs well versed on wrestling. She has noticed the differences. She asked why didnât the girls fight the boys in âDouble Double Eâ. And she asked why you didnât set Brock on fire, or body slam him into a pile of broken glass.â Orion laughed. âOhhâŠwe donât do that here.â Joe laughed. âI know. I wanted to tell her that yâall are pussy but I just told her that her Mama is built different.â Orion laughed as they brushed past security and into the inner bowels of the stadium. âYeah, ainât many out here built like you.â Joe growled softly. âChill out, Uce.â Orion giggled. âI meanâŠyou got a different dog in you than most. The way you've been all over the world grinding, it's admirable that you didn't let me kill your dream. I've been put through a table but it was never on fire. And I've never had a match with a woman.â Joe shrugged.Â
âAnytime you've got a gap in your contract, we can go down to Mexico City and get you in a luchador mask. We always had great ring chemistry.â Orion smiled. âWe have great other chemistry too.â He teased. âKeep it in your pants, Big Chief.â Orion laughed as she spotted The Twins headed their way. âWell, wellâŠif it ainât The Bullet Club Baddie herself?â Jon teased. âBloodline run shit round these parts, Mami. Ainât no Bullet Club here.â Josh added. âU sure about that? Balor's here. Styles is here. Gallows & Anderson are here. And there's PLENTY of people here who don't rock with yâall but would rock with us.â Orion laughed. âIt's good to see you, Ri.â Jon smiled, pulling her into a hug. âLikewise, Jon.â Orion smiled, rolling her eyes at Josh. âGirl! Bring it in.â Josh groaned, pulling Orion into a hug. âI'll let y'all handle family business. Good luck tonight.â Orion smiled as she walked away. They both saw Joe's eyes follow her.
âAww shit, he got the lovestruck puppy dog shit going on.â Jon teased. âIt's not like thatâŠ.ok it's kinda like that. Got the belts, now I gotta get the girl.â Joe laughed. âYou sure about that?â Jon asked. âI think I can. We had breakfast and talked about a lot. Then I went to her place and spent some time with Phynix. She wants me to come visit them in Japan. OhâŠand Ri kissed me.â Joe smiled.
âSensei!â Orion squealed as she ran up to her mentor, Kana aka Asuka. âOrion!â the woman smiled as they hugged. A few seconds passed before Iyo Sky & Kairi Sane joined the ball of chaos. They all wanted to know if she was signing with the company or staying in New Japan. They all wanted to see pictures of Phynix, she had grown so much since they were all together last. âI see you have important eyes on you, Orion-san.â Kairi teased as she noticed Roman watching her from afar. âPhynixâs father.â she shrugged. âOhhhhh.â they all said in unison before laughing. Orion FaceTimed her Mom so Phyâs Japanese wrestling aunties could say hi. âWill we be seeing you?â Iyo asked. âPerhaps. I will keep you in the loop.â Orion smiled as she hugged them and walked back to where Joe was.Â
âKareshi? Totemo yoi!â Asuka laughed before walking off to finish her makeup. Orion threw her hands up and laughed.
âI feel like that was about me.â Joe laughed. âKinda. She said that we look good together. Which we do. A few more stops and I'll be heading back upstairs. I know the way if you don't want to stay. I know you're itching to get back to her.â Orion teased. âI can't help it. She's so fuckin cute!â Joe sighed. âIt's very hard to leave her. She's got the biggest passport book for a 6 year old.â Orion laughed. âSheâs got the best Mama. She absolutely adores you. When she grows up, she wants to be brave & strong just like you.â Joe smiled. âI'm only brave & strong because of her.â Orion smiled. Joe watched from the shadows as Orion walked around backstage. If they had worked outside the company, she probably had worked with them.
âYou are prom queen popular.â Joe teased as they waited for the elevator. âSometimes you build a family along the way.â Orion shrugged. âTrue, true. And here we areâŠfamily.â Joe smiled, his arm around her shoulders. âMmm hmm. You caught me slipping.â Orion laughed. âI don't miss when I shoot from the heartâŠyeahâŠlet's go with that.â He laughed as they stepped into the elevator. âShoot from the heart? Be so for real. You talked about wanting a bunch of kids all the time.â She laughed as the doors closed behind them. âAny chance I get lucky tonight? Weâre behind.â Joe growled softly against her ear. âI'm supposed to see you being all fatherly to our daughter and drop my panties for you?â Orion smiled. âI meanâŠonly if you want to. I want you to fuck on me because you want toâŠit'll be better that way.â Joe smiled. âIs that your endgame? To get me to fuck you?â Orion winked, pulling him to her by his belt. âI'm here for whatever you need. Want me to keep Munchkin while Mommy has a much needed spa weekend? I'm there! She needs help with her math homework? I studied engineering at Tech. I'm pretty decent at math. Bedtime stories? I'm only a phone call away and I do voices.â Joe smiled. âGood to know that you're still soâŠaccommodating. A girl never knows what she needs until it's all she can think about. I'll let you know when I get there.â Orion smiled darkly as the elevator reached their floor. Joe's hand smacked her ass the moment she turned to walk away. âCareful there, Champ. This ain't the Orion Wolff you knewâŠand I very vividly remember being too much for you to handle back then.â She laughed as she reached for her security pass. âDonât worry baby, what I got in my pants will still satisfy you.â Joe teased, tapping her card against the keypad.
âDaddy! You had my mommy gone for so long! I missed her.â Phynix groaned as she hugged Orionâs hip like she always did. âIâm sorry Munchkin. Ya mamaâs got a lot of friends down there that wanted to say hi to her. And each and every one asked about you!â Joe smiled as he scooped Phynix up into his arms. âDid she have fun?â the little girl asked. âI dunno. Mama, did you have fun with your friends?â Joe laughed. âI did. Munchkin, did you have a snack?â Orion asked. âNo maâam, I was waiting to have a snack with Daddy. Whatâs your favorite snack?â Phynix asked, pointing to the spread of food. âMommy tells me that your favorites are Carne Asada fries and brisket. Those are big foods for such a little Munchkin.â Joe sighed. âBut theyâre so good!â Phynix laughed. Orion made sure that there was sliced brisket for her princess.Â
âStop flirting with that man.â Candice mumbled to her daughter. âWhat if heâs flirting with me?! Which he is by the way. Iâm being my normal, charming self.â Orion laughed as her mother handed her a drink. âHe is applying pressure that I was not expecting. Nothing I canât handle butâŠlet Big Mama live, baby. He is not like the others.â she laughed. âYou are your fatherâs child. You have his swagger. There's this magnetism that you both have. Baby girl, the way these men have always broken their necks to breathe the same air as you, I'm surprised that it hasn't gone to your head too much.â Candice laughed as she watched her husband of 40 years walking over to Joe and Phynix.
âMunch, can I steal your Dad for a bit?â Darryl asked. âUh oh, Daddy. Youâre in trouble. Good luck.â Phynix giggled, her focus returning to her brisket slider. Joe stepped away from the table and over to the bar. âListen, sir Iâ âYou plan on sticking around? None of this in and out shit that men like to do nowadays.â Darryl spoke. âYes, sir. Iâm not the same man I was 6 years ago. I wouldâve been around had I known about her.â Joe explained. âKid, I'm not gonna black bag ya, those days are behind me. Munchkin likes you. Believe it or not, I like you. And don't think I haven't seen you flirting with my daughter. You got a better chance with her than most. Shoot your shot if you gonna shoot it. Be forewarnedâŠthey're both very spoiled. But I've seen how you liveâŠyou can afford them, Champ.â Darryl teased. âI'm here for whatever they need, Sir. I mean that.â Joe spoke, still a little nervous. All he knew was that Darryl James Sr. was retired Army Special Forces. Orion only said that he dabbled in military intelligence, but it went deeper than thatâŠJoe just had a feeling.
Darrylâs eyes met Candice's from across the room, she nodded and smiled. âAww ma, don't tag team the man!â Orion groaned. âYouâre not the boss of me! I wanna talk to him too. I'm a lot less scary than your father. Hell, I'm a lot less scary than you!â Candice smiled before she walked off to join her husband. âThat's a damn lie.â Orion grumbled. Candice was the parent who drove angry from Austin to San Antonio with pictures of a newborn Phynix to confront Joe at a house show but he was sick and stayed home. Orion would never let her forget that.
âMrs. JamesâŠhello again.â Joe spoke nervously. âPlease, call me Candice. Munchkin has taken to you quickly. Thatâs good.â Candice smiled. âYeah, she's adorable.â Joe smiled. His smile fading when he noticed her father slipping away from the conversation. âThat she is. Joe, I'd like to tell you about how you almost found out about her when she was a week old.â Candice smiled before she went into great detail about how she had driven to San Antonio with pictures and waited outside the talent entrance at the arena where her cousin worked security. âOh wow. That would've beenâŠthe shock of a lifetime. She's soâŠamazing.â Joe smiled. Candice knew by his tone that he was talking about Orion, Joe's eyes watching her dancing with their daughter to The Usos theme song.
âWord of advice. Win over lobita, win over la loba. Might be a helluva lot harder than uniting those belts was. Good luck, we'll be watching.â Candice smiled as she patted his arm and walked away.
âIf I have another baby, you won't be my baby anymore. You'd be my big girl and I'm not ready for that. Are you?â Orion asked, Phynix gasped. âI'm not ready! DadâŠyou can't kiss her anymore. I'm not ready to be a big girl yet!â Phynix pleaded. âYouâre gonna have to teach me how to do that.â Joe laughed. âThe ways of this Jedi are quite strong.â Orion smiled as they drove towards Joeâs house. âYouâve got nothing to worry about. Mommyâs not having any babies anytime soon. We still have the whole world to conquer, little one.â Orion smiled. âPromise, promise?â Phynix asked, swirling her drink around like she saw Orion doing. âI promise. And Daddy promises tooâŠdoesnât he?â Orion smiled in Joeâs direction. âOhâŠyeah. Promise, promise.â he laughed.Â
âAll of this is your house? Itâs huge!â Phynix asked as Joe turned down the winding driveway surrounded by lush greenery. âMmm hmm. And now itâs gonna be your house too. And while youâre hereâŠwe can decorate your room however you want.â Joe smiled. âDoes Mommy get to decorate her room too? Or does she have to share a room with you?â Phynix asked. âMommy gets to do whatever she wants to do. Sheâs the Queen.â Joe smiled as he pulled into the garage. âYouâve done well for yourself, Tribal Chief.â Orion smiled. âJust trying to keep up with you, baby girl.â he smiled as he climbed out. âOooh! He called you baby girl!â Phynix teased. âSilence, young Padawan.â Orion laughed. âYouâre Padme and Daddy is Anakin! Iâm Leia!â she giggled, Orion laughed too. âWhatâs so funny?â Joe asked as he opened the back door to get Phynix out. âOh nothing. Master & Padawan business. About nothing you should worry.â Orion winked at Phynix. âMmm hmm. Iâm on to you two.âÂ
Orion checked out the other cars in the garage: a white Rolls Royce Spectre and a matte black Escalade. âSee something you like?â Joe asked. âNot really. Weâve always had differing tastes in cars though. A Rolls Royce was your dream, McLaren was mine. Now that I can finally fit in and afford a McLarenâŠdonât really want one. Besides, two seats arenât conducive to a Mom's lifestyle.â Orion shrugged. âMaybe not as a primary car, but definitely for a secondary ride. What do you drive now?â Joe asked. âLexus RX.â Orion shrugged, it was the perfect size for her and Phynix. âReally? Iâve seen you as a Range Rover girly. Like a deep purple with black rims.â Joe suggested. âIf you buy it, Iâll drive itâŠas long as itâs a turbo.â Orion teased. âItâll be here by the next time you visit.â Joe smiled. âYou donât have to do that.â Orion spoke. âYou need something here that you like to driveâŠsomething to come back to.â Joe yawned as he put their bags in the hallway. âSeeing my baby with her daddy is my something to come back for.â Orion smiled.
âWanna go pick your room?â Joe asked. âYes! Let's go.â Phynix giggled as she pulled Joe towards the stairs. Joe grabbed Orionâs hand as they breezed past. âNow why am I in it?â Orion laughed. âI have a surprise for you.â He smiled. âFor me? Don't do too much, we won't wanna leave.â Orion teased. âI know. My ultimate endgame.â Joe smiled, pulling Orion into a kiss. âNo kissing!â Phynix groaned as she explored the first empty bedroom. âYeah, no kissing!â Orion laughed. âYou like this room, Munchkin? Or you wanna keep looking? Iâve got this many moreâ Joe asked as he held up 3 fingers. âMama, you like this room?â Phynix asked, pulling Orion deeper into the room and away from Joeâs kisses. âI think this is a good room, Phy. There's built-in shelves for books and we can get some Funko Pops or some Lego flowers. And there's a window where you can sit and read to Daddy. Actually, if there is another room like thisâŠI will take that one.â Orion laughed.Â
âMommy, can we go to Beijing to that big mall with the furnitures like we did with Nana and Pop-pop for their new house?â Phynix asked. âYou don't want to get furniture while we're here? I'm sure that Daddy knows some good spots.â Orion nodded. âYeah, sure.â He smiled. South Florida had its own furniture mall but nothing like the one in Beijing. âDaddy, now that you have two belts, do you have a lot of monies?â Phynix asked. âDefine a lot of monies? I have some monies but there are people with a lot more monies than Daddy and they don't even have any belts!â Joe laughed, scooping the little girl up into his arms. âMommy has 20 million monies.â Phynix whispered to Joe but loud enough for Orion to hear her. âReally? Thatâs a lot of monies. I think she should give me some.â Joe laughed. âAre you two plotting against me?â Orion laughed. âMaybe. Come on Mama Wolf, time for your surprise.â Joe smiled as he led her to the master bedroom. âOooh, this is where the magic happens.â Orion teased. The room was bigger than her first apartment. âThereâs actually been no magic made here yet but Iâm hopeful.â he winked. âI donât see why not. Your wandâs big enough.â Orion grumbled. âI hope the giant nap pod is to your liking.â Joe smiled as he led Orion over to the space he had created just for her. There was a giant purple plush bean bag in the corner with a matching blanket, bonnet and cord for her to charge her phone.
âOh my God, Joe. This is perfect. I canât believe that you remembered.â She smiled, hugging him. Orion had always talked about how her perfect house had a giant bean bag chair near a window for naps. âOf course I remembered, baby. You get cozy and take a nap. Me and Munchkin will try not to make too much noise.â Joe smiled, nudging Orion towards the cushion. âThanks. You two have fun. Phynix Okoye JamesâŠgood girl behavior only.â Orion warned. âAlways, mama.â Phynix smiled, kissing Orionâs forehead before they left. Joe closed the door behind them. âOk, little ladyâŠwhatcha wanna do?â Joe asked. âHave you ever seen Harry Potter?â Phynix asked. âNot all the way through. Your brother and his mom love Harry Potter. Is it good?â Joe asked. âMommy read me the books. The movies arenât bad.â Phynix smiled as he turned the TV on. While Joe got immersed in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Orion had a good cry and then took a much needed nap.
The screen was transitioning into the 2nd movie when Joe noticed Phynix pouting. âWhatâs wrong, Munchkin?â he asked. âI miss Mommy. Sheâs been sleeping for so long.â she pouted. âLetâs go check on her.â Joe said as he raced up to the bedroom with Phynix on his back. âOk, we go in quiet. Mommy doesnât like being woken up from her naps.â Joe laughed, Phynix nodded. The door eased open before they snuck in. Phynix made a silent beeline over to the giant pillow. Like a tiny ninja, she crawled up next to Orion. âYouâve gotten lighter on your feet, little one.â Orion grumbled. âMy mommy taught me the ways of the Jedi.â Phynix giggled, crawling under the blanket. âAnd has your father taught you the ways of the Sith?â Orion laughed as Phynix wiggled into her arms. âI think you can turn him. Strong in the force, you are.â Phynix whispered. âYou think?â Orion asked, her daughter nodded.
âWhat do you nerds want for dinner?â Joe asked. âSushi!â Phynix spoke. âYouâre going to turn into a tuna. Then you'll have to go live in the ocean and they don't have Pop-popâs brisket in the ocean.â Joe teased. He had seen firsthand his child possibly eating her weight in spicy tuna rolls. âAndâŠthey don't have your mom in the ocean. You want to leave her on land to be a tuna?â Joe asked, crawling onto the pouf with Orion. There was plenty of space for both of them. âI'll never leave you, mama!â Phynix smiled, wrapping her arms around Orion. âI was thinking pizza. Ri, do you still like Italian sausage and onion?â Joe asked, pulling out his phone. âHow do you remember all these small things?â Orion sighed, turning to watch his response. âSimple. I remember things about the people I love.â Joe shrugged. âOh, so you love me?â Orion smiled. His cheeks reddened slightly.
âBe serious, Ri. I don't know how many times I have to tell you that I'm crazy about you. Or how many times that I have to show you.â Joe shrugged, pulling her into a kiss. He pulled away, pointing to Phynix who was now asleep in the space between them. âIâm gonna put her on the bed, sheâll get lost in this thing.â Joe laughed, grabbing the bonnet from Orionâs head and putting it on Phynixâs curls before scooping her up. âI ordered her one of her very own from Etsy but it hasnât come yet.â Joe whispered as he put a blanket over her. âI can only imagine you scrolling on Etsy for bonnets for little girls. Itâs some cutesy print isnât it?â Orion teased. âOf course! How someone had Roman Reigns satin I have no idea but I got her one of those andâŠthereâs one with some of those little lizards she likes on them..the cute ones.â Joe laughed. He was talking about Axolotls. âThe Etsy girlies are mad creative. I helped mom set her nail shop up.â Orion laughed. âSpeaking of nailsâŠletâs see âem.â Joe grumbled as he followed her down the stairs. Orion was rocking her natural nails. âWhy are you like this? Just begging for me to mark you up and make you mine.â Orion laughed. âIâm already yours, girl. You know this. Only this time, I donât have to hide my scratches.â he growled, pulling her close until their lips almost touched. âYouâre already mine? I donât know what I did to have you all hung up on lilâ ol me.â she giggled, kissing his chin. âI fell prey to The Call of the Wolff from the moment we met. Like you said, you touched me and activated me like a sleeper agent. Then that whole building me as an instrument of your pleasure shit? Crosses my mind every time I beat my meat.â Joe laughed.
âFunny, I don't recall getting a video with the sound on.â Orion spoke, walking away towards the window overlooking the water. âHuh? A video?â Joe asked, what she meant finally hitting him as he followed behind her. âOhhh, you nasty, nasty.â He laughed. âDamn right! You'll love it over here. They always do.â Orion winked. âI already do. Let's say that I airdrop this video right nowâŠwhat's in it for me?â Joe asked, boxing her into the corner of the room. âWhat would you like?â Orion asked, pulling him in closer by his waist. âYou don't want to know the answer to that.â He smiled. âI already know the answer.â Orion smiled before crushing her lips to his. Joe quickly grabbed her hips and lifted her up until her legs wrapped around his waist. âI need you.â He growled between kisses. He swallowed a moan as her tongue slid across his sweat stained neck. Joe rushed them to his office, locking the door behind them. âTake your clothes off.â Joe commanded as he pulled his shorts down and sat down on the couch. âIt's still so beautiful.â Orion laughed as she moved closer. âIt's not gonna ride itself, Ri.â He laughed darkly.
Orion stripped and straddled his lap. âHold on, I think I've got a Magnum in my desk. I already know that I'm not going to be able to pull out.â Joe grumbled, getting up and rushing to the desk drawer. âYou be getting down like that?â Orion asked. âYou've had sex since the last time I have.â He laughed, his smile fading when the drawer was empty. âFucking fuck. Ok, missionary and I'll pull out, I promise.â He groaned. âI've got an implant. It's fine for right now. Unless you want to Instacart some?â Orion laughed, they both frowned. She pushed him back to the couch and straddled him again. Orion swallowed a moan as her body stretched around his size. âI'm yours.â Joe moaned as her hips started rolling. âI know, baby. I know.â She moaned. His hands gripped her waist. âOrion, I've missed you.â He moaned before pulling her back into a kiss. It was less passionate yet more needy. Orion pulled at his man bun until his hair fell in wild waves around his face.
They both fought to muffle moans, the last thing they needed was an inquisitive 6 year old knocking on the door. Orionâs lips kissed across his neck. One his hands smacked her ass before finding its way to her breast. âI promised that I wasnât doing this with you.â Orion groaned as she rocked him against her g-spot. âYou wanna stop? I can feel you barely hanging on for me.â Joe growled softly, his other hand pulling her face to his. âFuck no I donât wanna stop!â she laughed before a moan burst from her throat. âGood. Promise me that it wonât be the only time this happens. Bounce on it like you used to.â Joe spoke into her neck. His eyes widened as she started bouncing softly on top of him. âShitâŠjust like that, baby. Iâm about to fill you up.â Joe moaned. âOh my god, Joe. Donât do too much.â Orion teased. âYouâre the one bouncing up and down on me like a fuckinâ porn star! I already said I was buying you a car. You want a house too?â he panted, his orgasm tingling in his core. âI already got that. Youâre holding onto me like you arenât gonna let me leave.â Orion laughed, kissing his lips. âCuz Iâm not. Youâre all mine now.â Joe moaned as his climax burst from him. âSorry, baby. I was supposed to make sure you came first butâŠyou feel too damn good.â he sighed in defeat. Orion wanted to tell him that he still had time but her orgasm shredded her as his arms squeezed her tighter against his sweaty chest. She melted into him as she rode through her aftershocks, her moans muffled into his chest. âThat wasâŠvery much needed.â Joe sighed.
âHow long has it been?â Orion asked. Joe thought about it hard, his fingers lazily tracing the outline of her tattoo. âOver a year. I know it hasn't been that long for you.â Joe spoke, his heart still thumping against his chest. âIt hasnât but he wasnâtâŠnevermind. Itâs not important.â she sighed. âIf itâs on your mind, itâs important.â he sighed, pressing a kiss into her temple. âI donât talk about my dealings in bed with other men. Cuz they ainât important if Iâm sitting here with your dick still in me.â she laughed. âFacts. Better get used to it cuz I ainât going nowhere.â Joe sighed, tilting her face up towards his. âI mean it. Iâm not letting you go again.â he smiled, kissing her lips softly. âWe should probably put our pants back on.â Orion laughed. âI know youâve lost all this weight and you look amazing. But Iâm soo glad all this ass stayed. I miss holding it in my hands. Still thicker than zoo glass, girl. Damn!â Joe laughed. âYou so crazy! The gift and curse of training with your Special Forces father to drop the 100 pounds of baby weight. Then Lucha Underground was brutal. I had to bulk up a little bit for durability. Then in CMLL I leaned out a bit, hence why the ass is still bouncy. New Japan cares the most about my in-ring ability. I could be as big as Rikishi and they wouldnât care as long as I moved like someone half that size.â She laughed as she shifted until he eased from her warmth. âWell, your in-ring ability has never been a problem. Youâre so goddamn goodâŠbetter than I couldâve predicted. Technically better than me.â Joe spoke as he watched her cleaning up in the bathroom.
âIâm your favorite wrestlerâs favorite wrestler.â she laughed as she pulled her clothes back on. âI love when you talk your shit, mama. Itâs sexy.â Joe smiled as he took his turn getting cleaned up. âOne thing I learned from my time working with WWE.â Orion laughed. âYou ainât learn that shit from the PC. Unless you were cheating on me and getting mentored by someone else.â Joe pouted. âI had to when you were on the road. And my dad knows Steve so I learned from him how to cut a scathing promo.â she giggled. âAh. There it is. Not mad at it. Steve is amazing on the mic. As is Dwayne. As is Booker. Took me a while to get there. Iâve watched your old stuff, youâve always had it. And when you do it in Spanish or JapaneseâŠchefâs kiss.â Joe shrugged as they emerged from his office. The house was still silent. âYou want a drink? I might need one.â Joe laughed as he showed Orion the rest of her new home away from home. âI re-signed with New Japan.â Orion spoke shyly. âGood. Iâm happy for you, baby. Donât know how my familyâs gonna feel about not being able to see Munchkin on the regular. Theyâre gonna love her. ShitâŠtheyâre gonna love you!â he teased. âWell, Japan is open for everyone to visit. Honestly, I donât want to wrestle forever, this contract is only 2 years. Wanna know the best part?â Orion winked. âWhatâs the best part, beautiful?â Joe asked. âI get to do some AEW work, so Iâll be over here occasionally. Typically my parents or my brother come to Japan to stay with Munch while I travel butâŠas long as she completes her schoolwork, she can travel with me...sometimes.â she smiled. âReally?! Thatâs great. Just let me know and Iâll fly out to meet you.â Joe beamed. âI said sometimes! Not all the time. Donât want to disrupt her routine just yet.â Orion smiled. âI know, I know. Just trying to maximize my time with my girls.â he smiled.Â
âAll I ask is that I have you both in this house permanently at the end of that contract.â Joe smiled as he flopped down on the couch, pulling Orion down with him. âOh really? What if I donât wanna?â she laughed. âOrion, how are we gonna be married living on different continents?â Joe laughed. âMarried?â she asked. âYeah, Iâm gonna change your last name and Phyâs last name to Anoaâi and thenâŠwe can kiss.â Joe laughed, he saw Phynixâs reflection in the TV. âNo kissing my mama!â Phynix giggled as she ran and jumped on the couch between them. âOkâŠthen Iâll just kiss you!â Joe laughed, smothering her face in kisses. Her little laugh was music to Joeâs ears. This was the life he wanted with them. âBut what if I kiss Daddy?â Orion teased. âYou canât! Iâm the baby.â Phynix laughed. âBut heâs so cute! Heâs got big ears just like my baby girl. You donât think heâs cute?â Orion asked. âI meanâŠheâs cuter than your other boyfriends.â Phynix giggled, hugging Joeâs neck. âHer other boyfriends? MunchkinâŠyouâre gonna have to tell me about those other boyfriends.â Joe laughed.Â
âLooks like Baby Girl is going to get her wish. Nick Khan wants to invite you and the family out to Wrestlemania in Dallas.â Darryl, Orionâs agent & brother, laughed over FaceTime. âThanks man. Sheâs beenâŠquite inquisitive these past few weeks.â Orion sighed. âUh oh. It has been a while since she dropped the f-bomb.â Darryl laughed. Phynix would ask about her father at least once a quarter since she turned 4 and realized that hers was missing. âShe knows that he lives in the States so I know itâs coming. I want her to know him, I really do but Iâm still so angry, D. Itâs been 6 years and I wouldnât spit on him if he were on fire!â Orion growled lowly. âMama would say that you might still love him.â he laughed, she frowned which only made him laugh harder. âSheâs told me that many times. I have to fix my issues with him first. Phy picks up on my energy so damn quick. I canât be angry when they meet. I donât want her to hate him like I do.â Orion pouted.
âWant me to put in a call? Set up a meeting, prior?â Darryl asked. âThat won't be necessary. I can control my emotions for the sake of my daughter. Thanks for the ticket plug, big brother. You are about to become her favorite uncle.â Orion laughed. âJohnny puts up no real fight whatsoever.â Darryl laughed. âI think theyâre going to try to make another push. They gone have to come up on their number though cuz New Japan values you.â Darryl laughed. âAs they should. I work my ass off for them!â Orion sighed.
Joe was scrolling on his phone as he cooled down from his evening cardio when he got a rare notification: Orion had posted and tagged him. She was drenched in elegant white Versace with gold & diamonds adorning her brown skin. She was on a private jet way nicer than his, drinking champagne and enjoying a perfectly cooked steak. âThe wolf is on the hunt, Iâll see you in Dallas.â was all she winked and smiled before her wolf logo popped up and her theme music played. âThat was gold.â Darryl laughed as Orion stood up to go get changed back into her cozy travel clothes. Phynix still slept peacefully in the bedroom with Kana by her side.Â
âDamn. She still so fuckinâ fine.â Joe grumbled as he shut the treadmill off and finished his bottle of water. He liked the video and would respond when The Tribal Chief was ready. As he showered and crawled into bed, his emotions swirled. Orion would be at Mania. They would be in the same place for the first time since she put him out of her apartment. Nick Khan had been reaching out about a favor he needed of Joe during the week. Orion Wolff was a free agent and was getting offers from AEW as well as New Japan. This was WWEâs chance to make a big push to get the woman that unknowingly built Roman Reigns. She was everything he was on steroids.Â
âMama! Mama! Wake up!â Phynix squealed. Orion opened her eyes to see her daughter hovering over her. âWhereâs the fire, Phy?â She yawned. âUncle Darryl said that we're flying into Texas! That means we're almost there! I'm gonna give my Nana a big hug cuz I've missed her soo very much! And my Pop-pop too!â She squealed as she snuggled into Orion. âOk, I'm awake.â Orion sighed as she put her slippers on. âGood morning, Champ. Mom & Dad are waiting at the airport for us.â Darryl smiled as Orion emerged from the back of the plane. âGood. I need Dutch Bros. in the worst way!â Orion yawned again. âGet much sleep?â Darryl asked. âNope. Donât worry, me and mom have a spa day planned once we get done with this weekend stuff.â she smiled, not trying to give too much of the surprise away. âOf course. The Champ deserves to relax. I hope WWE is paying for it.â Darryl teased. âNo, canât have them having too much sway. We listen to the pitch, we do the thing, we rest, we weigh the options, we decide. In that order.â Orion smiled as Phynix crawled into her lap.
âThank you for taking my call Joe. Howâs the Mania prep going?â Nick Khan asked as he sat on his private plane flying into Dallas. âItâs intense. Letâs cut to the chase, whatâs this favor? How can your Tribal Chief be of service?â Joe laughed. âAs youâve probably heard, weâre trying to sign Orion Wolff from New Japan. Weâve invited her and her agent and family to Mania. Would be a good look if she met with our billion dollar man. Maybe give her an insight to the cultureâŠchampion to champion. Just over dinner, nothing crazy.â Nick sighed. âSoâŠlike an offering?â Joe laughed. He knew that was how the old regime got down when it came to securing a high value talent like Orion Wolff. âYo manâŠthatâs up to you and her. Thatâs not what I had in mind but youâre an adult.â Nick laughed. âOhâŠok, good to know. I should warn you. I have history with Orion.â Joe grumbled before he closed the office door to go into more detail. âSo sex isnât completely out of the question?â Nick teased. âIt definitely is. Itâs been six years, hopefully she doesnât still hate me.â Joe groaned. âWas it good?â âNick!â âWhat? Itâs an honest question. I bet it was phenomenal.â Nick laughed. âBetween me and youâŠbest Iâve ever had. That doesn't leave this convo.â Joe laughed. âMy lips are sealed, Champ. Iâll reach out to her agent and get back with you in like 20 minutes.â Nick spoke before he ended the call and called Darryl.
âMr. Khan, hello. Yeah, we just flew over the stadium and should be landing soon. Dinner after the show? Yeah, that sounds like a plan. Thanks. We'll talk soon.â Darryl smiled as he laid his phone back on the table. âSister, let me remind you how much you love me. Nick Khan wants to have dinner with us after the show on Friday nightâŠand he invited Joe.â Darryl spoke cautiously. âWhat?!â she growled. âWhoâs Joe?â Phynix asked. âJoe is one of Mommyâs opps from back in the day.â Orion laughed. âOhhâŠdonât be hatinâ on my mamaâŠsucka!â Phynix laughed. âShe gets this from her Uncle Darryl.â Orion laughed. âDamn right! PhyâŠheâs got a big headâŠhmm, kinda like you.â Darryl teased. âMom! I donât wanna have a big head like your opp!â she pouted, pulling her hoodie over her head. âChill, D.â Orion warned with a smile.Â
âYour head is the perfect size, mi amor. Uncle Darryl is just a hater because his head is big and he has to special order his hats.â Orion teased. Phynix stuck her tongue out at her uncle and giggled. While Orion's flight made its descent into Dallas, Joe was on the phone with his stylist. âGina, I need something fly to wear for a business dinner tomorrow night.â He grumbled. âWhatâs the budget?â She asked. âTry to keep it under $20K. I know how you get.â He laughed. âAll black as usual? Will I need to dress wifey as well? Do you need jewelry?â The woman asked as she took some quick notes. âAll black, just me. I have gold jewelry and I have shoes.â Joe spoke. âI'm on it. I'll be by with options tonight.â
âNana!â Phynix squealed as she ran down the stairs of the private jet and into her grandma's arms. âHey O, let me holla at you real quick. This Joe thingâŠyou gone be good? You're a professional butâŠyou gotta tell him about her. He deserves to know but he doesn't necessarily deserve to be part of her life. Whatever you doâŠdo it for her.â Darryl sighed, pointing to Phynix now clinging to her grandfather. âI know. Let him unite these belts and then weâll talk. Before we go back to JapanâŠI'll tell him. Promise.â She sighed. âWhat if he wants to be part of her life? I meanâŠshe's an amazing kid. Who wouldn't?â Darryl asked. âWe'll cross that bridge when we come to it. Cuz what if he doesn't? I'll have to take that bullet so she never has to.â Orion shrugged. âMama! Come on! Pop-pop's gonna make us waffles.â Phynix smiled as she ran back up the stairs to the plane. âDonât play on the stairs Phy. We're coming.â Orion spoke as she grabbed her bag and walked down the stairs.
âI watched an episode of Smacked down with your father last week andâŠbaby girl looks so much like that damn man. I donât know how your father doesnât know.â Candice laughed as she hugged Orion. âIf he knewâŠPhy would know. Theyâre besties and he tells her everything.â Orion laughed as she watched her father swing Phynix around the way he used to swing her around.Â
Friday morningÂ
âYou have your own room and somehow you and Kana end up in my bed. Why is that?â Orion laughed as she woke up to Phynix snuggled into her side. âI missed you mommy. Youâre my favorite person ever!â The little girl giggled. âAnd youâre my favorite person. I made you all by myself. All your little fingers and toes. Your smart little brain and your strong little heart.â Orion smiled as she smothered Phynix in kisses. âDid my Daddy help?â Phynix asked. âHe helped a little bit. Like 10%.â Orion laughed. âWhat does he look like? Is he cute? Did you kiss him? OoohâŠMommy kissed a boy!â Phynix giggled. âHe was very cute and yes, I did kiss him. Thatâs part of how having babies happens.â Orion yawned. âBut you kiss me all the time and donât have more babies.â Phynix explained. âI know my love. I said that it was part of it. The rest we will discuss when you are much, much older. What do you want to do today?â Orion asked. âOk, deal. This house is so cool. It has a theater. Can we watch Smackdown in it later? And maybe go swimming? Or do you have to work?â Phynix asked. She hated when her mama had to leave her and go to work. âWell, I actually have a surprise for you. Weâre all going to see Smackdown tonightâŠand Wrestlemania this weekend!â Orion smiled. âOMG! Mommy, you're the best! I have to go tell Pop-pop!â Phynix squealed as she hugged her mom and ran off with Kana right on her heels.
âThis is light work. Youâre Big MamaâŠnot the little one! You got this.â Orion coached herself as she crawled out of bed. She found herself always on the urge of a mini-panic attack anytime Phynix asked about her father, today was no different. Orion washed her face and brushed her teeth before putting on her robe and going downstairs. Phynix and her grandfather were making sure the waffles didnât burn. âGood thing I planned on taking my little one to the Superstore today. We need shirts to wear!â Orionâs father smiled. âOh goodness. Donât go overboard.â Orion laughed. âIâll spoil my grandbaby however I want to! Donât be a hater, Princess.â her dad teased, Phynix nodded in agreement. After breakfast and a bath, Orion made sure that Phynix was dressed and ready to hang out with her grandpa at the Wrestlemania superstore. Phynix insisted on wearing her favorite Orion Wolff shirt to match her Jordan 1s and jeans. She wore a purple bow in her curly hair. âYou look so cutie.â Orionâs mother smiled as she hugged Phynix. âMommy, do you want me to bring you a shirt? Whoâs your favorite wrestler?â Phynix asked. âI highly doubt they have Chyna shirts there.â Orion smiled. âWhoâs that?â the little girl asked. âWe can watch her on Youtube later. Sheâs who Mommy wanted to be when she grew up.â Uncle Darryl laughed. âI think sheâd be proud. Donât you?â Orion laughed as she flexed her muscles. âHeck yeah!â Darryl smiled.
âSo, are you finally going to tell that man that he has a daughter?â Candice, Orionâs mother asked as they watched Darryl Sr, Darryl Jr. & Orion pull off. âI think I have to. Especially if I end up signing with WWE.â Orion sighed as they sat down to do Orionâs nails. âWant my advice?â Candice smiled. âAlways, mama.â she sighed. âStay with New Japan or join AEW as long as they donât try to change your character. The first thing WWE does is make someone change their name. Baby girl, Iâve watched you create Orion Wolff and sheâs a total badass. Iâve been watching WWE with your father and they have such a tight leash on those ladies. I hate seeing you get bloodied but I love watching you kick ass! I would miss that. They're not gonna let you play ninja with the boys.â Candice smiled. âSo what do we have for these nails youâve been working so hard on?â Orion asked. Since Orion & Darryl Jr. had retired their parents, Candice had gotten into crafting press-on nails and had even started an Etsy shop. Darryl Sr. had gotten into farming. Candice showed Orion two sets she had designed: one coffin shaped and the other a short stiletto set both designed with The Bullet Club Baddie in mind.Â
Friday Night
âMs. James, Iâm so glad that you and your family were able to make it. Darryl, I hope the seats are to your liking.â Nick Khan spoke. âOh yes. My parents love them. They canât wait to watch the show with Phynix.â Orion smiled as they walked around backstage, Phynix clinging to her. âSheâs excited. Arenât you, Phy?â Orion smiled, Phynix nodded. âWhoâs your favorite wrestler? Other than your mom? Of course.â Nick asked. âRoman Reigns!â the little girl smiled. âIâll make the introduction myself when you come tomorrow. Deal?â Nick smiled, shaking the little girlâs hand.Â
âJoe, brother. Good to see you, Uce.â Dwayne smiled as he hugged his cousin. âHey man, thanks for the plug with that producer. I think the meeting went well.â Joe smiled. âYou wanna go grab dinner after your segment? Debrief?â Dwayne asked. âIâd love to, but they got me working. Theyâre trying to woo Orion Wolff of New Japan to sign.â Joe grumbled. âAh, thinking maybe the Champ can make the offer more enticing? Are you an offering? Doesnât sound like too bad of a deal, she's beautiful.â Dwayne teased. âNah, man.Thereâs some history there.â Joe sighed. âOh? Sounds messy. Do go on.â DJ laughed, suddenly more interested in this conversation than his meeting with the TKO board. Joe gave Dwayne the abbreviated version of him and Orionâs history. He was her mentor at the Performance Center and they fell in love. He never told her that he was already in a relationship and when she found outâŠshe kicked him out and they never spoke again. âDamn, Uce. That's too bad.â
âMama, look! Itâs him!â Phynix squealed as she spotted her favorite wrestler talking to one of her momâs favorite wrestlers. âOne second Phy.â Orion spoke as she was exchanging phone numbers with Bianca Belair. âGirl, she is too cute but your genes put up no fight whatsoever.â Bianca teased. âHer fatherâs mere existence annoyed me my entire pregnancy and my ancestors decided to be funny.â Orion groaned. âWeâll have to link up while youâre stateside. Promise youâll call me?â Bianca smiled. âGirl, yes! Have a good show.â Orion smiled as she hugged her friend. Before Bianca could fully walk away, Phynix went flying past her.
âOh my god. Itâs really you!â
Joe felt a soft tug on his pant leg. He looked down to see a little girl in a Roman Reigns shirt with matching red & black bows in her hair. âHello there.â Joe smiled as he squatted down to her level. âYouâre my favorite wrestler ever! My mommy likes The Rock but I think youâre better!â Phynix smiled. âYa know, I think Iâm better too.â Joe laughed, it caught Dwayneâs attention. âCute kid.â Dwayne smiled. âIâm sure your mama is going to be looking for you. Letâs get you back to her.â Joe smiled. He remembered when his son was this small & inquisitive, he missed that. âSheâs over there.â Phynix pointed in Orionâs general direction. âWell, I guess you canât see her all the way down here. Point her out to me. Whatâs her name?â Joe asked as he scooped Phynix up into his arms. âHer name is Orion Wolff. Sheâs the boss of Bullet Club. Sheâs the coolest mom ever!â Phynix smiled. Joe could see the slight panic on Orionâs face as she looked for Phynix.
Orionâs stomach dropped to her ass seeing Phynix in Joeâs arms. But when she realized how organic they looked, her heart fluttered. She had no right to deprive her daughter of a relationship with her father. And Joe deserved to know his daughter. As good as Orion looked online, she looked ever better in person. âPrincess, you can just go running off like that! I donât know what Iâd do if I lost you.â Orion sighed. âYouâd burn the world down for me.â Phynix giggled, Orion told her that all the time. âYouâre absolutely right, my little genius. Well, we can't keep him. We already have a pet at home, Phy. I know this one eats way more than Kana.â Orion smiled. âSilly Mommy! This isnât a pet. Itâs Roman Reigns.â Phynix giggled. âA dog.â Orion rolled her eyes. âThe Biggest Dog in the yard.â Joe corrected her. âA dog is just a domesticated wolf. All bark, no bite. No thanks, hard pass.â Orion smiled. âHello Orion.â Joe smiled.Â

Joe couldn't remember the last time he had that much fun watching wrestling. Phynix asked him about moves she saw in the ring and she asked him about his favorites to be in the ring with. She knew that Orion loved being in the ring with Iyo, Thekla, Athena, Willow and Mercedes. âShe's so smart.â Joe whispered to Orion as he carried a sleeping Phynix to the elevator. âShe really is. She had an amazing day with her Dad. Thank you so much.â Orion smiled. âAnything for my girls.â Joe smiled as he wrapped his free arm around Orion.
âSoâŠwhat does The Head of the Table think about Orion signing with WWE?â Darryl Jr. asked. âWhile I would love for this to be much more frequent. *gestures to his full arms* I only want what's best for Orionâs career. But alsoâŠsecure the bag. I'm off until July and will travel to wherever she is.â Joe yawned, kissing Orionâs forehead. âTribal Chief seems to be in agreement with the rest of us. Ri, you got a decision to makeâŠon Tuesday when we're done enjoying them bending over backwards for you. Joe, I trust that this conversation won't leave this elevator?â Her brother nodded, Joe nodded in agreement. âDamn, no company loyalty.â Orion teased. âI got plenty of company loyalty but it's always been family first.â Joe smiled.
âWe can drop you off at your fancy hotel.â Orion teased as Joe snapped Phynix into her booster seat. âI was hoping to help you get Munchkin ready for bed. I can grab an Uber.â Joe shrugged. âYou'll do no such thing. We'll make sure you get home, sweetheart.â Candice smiled, Orion shot her a look. âHow long will you be in the States?â Joe asked. â5 weeks total. We drive back to Austin on Tuesday. Then weâll fly out of Dallas and back to Tokyo for school at the end.â Orion said as Joe joined her in the backseat. âWhat do I have to do to get y'all to come to Florida? Let me treat you and Munchkin.â Joe asked, his arm sliding across the seat behind Orion. âBook the flight. Just know that we only fly Emirates or private.â She smiled. âAnything for you.â Joe growled softly. âKeep telling me that and you're gonna be tied to your bed getting fucked past exhaustion. I'll take you way past your physical limit. I will break you and rebuild you into the perfect instrument of my pleasure and you'll love every minute of it. You will beg me for more and if you satisfy me just rightâŠI'll make you French toast using the cinnamon rolls like you like.â Orion winked. âGirlâŠdon't tempt me with a good time! The perfect instrument of your pleasure is some diabolical shit. I've asked about youâŠthe men you've left in your wake always hunger for more of you. Shit, I should knowâŠI was here first and I've got proof.â He smiled, pointing to their sleeping daughter. All Orion could do was laugh.
The entire ride back, Joe bounced between conversation with Darryl Jr. and quietly flirting with Orion. âYou are working pretty hard for a guy with no endgame.â she teased. âI'm a long game guy, you know this. Long hair, long money, long strokes.â He winked. âJoe, brother you are absolutely yoked! You must have a home gym.â Darryl Jr. teased. âOh, he absolutely does! He films his thirst traps there.â Orion teased. âWell, we canât all live in high rise condos with floor to ceiling windows with Shibuya in the background.â Joe laughed. âBoy, you live in MiamiâŠyou can totally live in a high rise overlooking South Beach!â she laughed. âA high rise in South Beach is no place to raise a family.â Joe shrugged, winking at Orion. âAye, stop flirting with her.â Darryl laughed. âSorry, your client is an irresistible force, an immoveable object. I couldnât help myself. Her aura is undeniable.â Joe laughed. Orion nodded.
âI canât believe that she slept the whole ride.â Joe laughed as he carried Phynix inside. âBaby girl doesnât play about her sleep. Just gonna take her shoes off and leave her be. OhâŠand put her bonnet on.â Orion nodded as Joe followed her up the stairs to the bedroom. Joe laid Phynix down on the bed and removed her shoes while Orion pulled the ponytail from her curls and pulled her bonnet on. âSheâs so fuckin cuteâŠjust like her damn mama.â Joe grumbled, turning the light off. âOh wait.â Orion laughed, putting the Roman plush next to Phynix. âIt's her new favorite thing.â Orion smiled as she closed the door behind her. âWant a drink? I think the Champ needs one.â Orion asked as they walked back downstairs. âLet me guessâŠby The Champ you were talking about yourself.â Joe laughed. âUs. We need a drink. It's been an emotional day. Bourbon or Apple Crown?â Orion asked as they stopped in the kitchen. She could see that someone had already lit the fire pit in the backyard, probably her mother. âBartender's choice.â Joe shrugged. âOn the rocks or neat?â Orion asked. âOn the rocks, please.â
Orion handed Joe a glass before sitting down next to him on the outdoor loveseat. âI had fun today, Ri. Thank you for inviting me.â Joe spoke, sipping his drink. âI thought it was the easiest way to get you acclimated to how we operate. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. Seeing you with her had me in my feelings all day. It was all I've ever wanted. Now, I don't have to tell her that you died in the war.â She laughed. âDamn. You were gone write me off like that? Cold blooded.â He shook his head. âIt was easier for the time being. She's six, it's way too early to tell her that Mommy was the other woman.â Orion sighed. âYou broke my heart, you know that? I wanted to marry you real bad, you were the sweetest thing. A literal angel and I'm so sorry for breaking you.â Joe sighed as he downed the rest of his drink in one gulp.Â
âYou shattered my heart, but a piece of you made it whole again. She's the best parts of you and the best parts of me. That incredible little human in thereâŠwe did that! I meanâŠI did ALL of the heavy lifting but you helped a little bit. I wish I had a gold star to give you. Roman Reigns being her favorite was meant to be and her finding you backstage in a sea of people was fate. She normally never leaves my side, but she did for her Dad. Like the Anoaâi in you called out to the Anoaâi in her. Hopefully, that eases some of the guilt.â Orion shrugged as she sipped her drink. âI get the feeling that youâve already made your decision about where youâll wrestle next.â Joe laughed. âYou do? HmmâŠinteresting. You think you know me so damn well, donât you?â she laughed. âCuz I do know you. And I am mentally planning my trip to Tokyo already. Besides, even I have dreamed of wrestling in the Tokyodome.â Joe laughed as he nudged her with his arm.Â
Two weeks later
âSoâŠlet me get this straight. You want me to come meet the woman you were about to leave me for and your side baby?â Shar laughed over the phone as Joe drove to the private airport. âShar, donât act brand new now. This was your idea! Kris is invited too. Don't just drop off Harrison and dip. It's a family thingâŠmom will be there.â Joe explained, Shar loved his mom. âAre you kidding me? I wouldn't miss this. Harrison is hyped to be a big brother. Cuz ain't no more babies coming from meâŠpregnancy was trash!â Shar laughed. âApparently, I have a type. I like women who hate being pregnant but are amazing mothers.â Joe laughed as he drove through the gate and was directed to the appropriate hangar. âSamoans make big babies. And I need to see how you act around Orion cuz you be openly thirsting for her anytime I bring her up.â Shar giggled.Â
Their flight landed right on time. Joe got out of his truck as he watched the porter walk up the stairs and bring the bags down to his truck. He smiled as he saw Phynixâs head pop up into one of the windows. She waved, he waved back. âMommy, are you excited to see Daddy? I heard you tell Nana that he was cute.â Phynix giggled as she put her shoes on. âHeâs very cute. But he also annoys me.â Orion laughed. âMy Daddy is not annoying!â Phynix pouted as she scurried down the stairs and right into Joeâs arms. âYes, he is!â Orion called out after her. It would be the first time they had been in each otherâs presence since her and Phynix spent the night with him the Monday after Mania. Orion almost broke her rule to not sleep with him regardless of how sexy he was while being a father to their daughter. âThis isnât about you, this is about your baby meeting her family.â Orion spoke to herself as she grabbed her tote bag and left the plane.Â
A smile crept onto Joeâs lips as he watched Orion descend the stairs. He wasnât starstruck often but there was something about her that never failed to drop his jaw. âHey Champ.â she smiled. âHey Beautiful.â Joe smiled as he went in for a kiss. She backed away. âNot now.â she mouthed, her head tilting to their daughter who was watching intently. âCopy that.â Joe nodded, opting for a big hug instead. âAre we going to your house?â Phynix asked. âYes, we are. Should we stop and get a treat first?â Joe asked. âI love treats! What kind of treats do they have in Miami?â Phynix asked as Joe strapped her into her booster seat. âThereâs all kind of snacks down here. Whatever you can think of, Munchkin.â Joe smiled. âI know you donât need help climbing up, country girl.â Joe teased. âYouâre rightâŠI donât. Ainât that high anyway.â Orion teased. His hand stopped her before she could open the door. âRi, wait. Iâm glad yâall are here.â he smiled. âI just bet you are. Thank you for having us. ListenâŠI donât want her to see us kissing on each other and think that mommy & daddy are together. I think we just enjoy kissing each other.â Orion smiled, leaning up to kiss him. âWe not togetherâŠyet. I told you what I wanted, same thing Iâve always wantedâŠyou. And I know that I gotta earn you.â Joe smiled as he opened the door for her to get in. There was a bouquet of roses on the seat. âYouâre supposed to be spoiling her, not me.â Orion teased. âI plan on doing both equally.â
âOMGâŠdo they still have Wawa here? I havenât been in ages.â Orion sighed as they drove around. âThey do, thereâs one not too far from the house. I can take you anywhere you want to go and you wanna go to Wawa?â Joe teased. âYes. And I have to have at least one chicken tender Pub Sub while Iâm here.â Orion smiled. âI see that you still find joy in the small things cuz ya boy was still on the come up back then. I could afford drinks from Wawa and Publix Subs.â Joe laughed. âDonât let the nice watches and diamond chains fool you. Iâm still just a girl from Texas just like youâre still just a pretty boy from a small beach town in Florida.â Orion teased. âNot too much on my babyface spiel. It worked at the time and itâs facts. Shit still works actually.â Joe teased as they pulled into Wawa, Phynix was asleep. âStrawberry Mango lemonade still your favorite?â Orion asked. âWow, girl. I canât believe that you remembered. YesâŠdonât forget the dried strawberries.â Joe smiled, handing her his card. âOooh, big spender.â she teased as she went inside the store.
Orionâs phone rang as she stood to wait for their drinks. âWhat?â she grumbled. âSounds like youâre still mad. Itâs not that big of a deal. The baby will be born, life goes on.â the voice on the other end grumbled. âYeah, StephonâŠIâm still fuckinâ mad! You wanna be exclusive, then you donât wanna be exclusive. Now you got a baby on the way? Even that was fine cuz we weren't together at the time but you've known for months and had been in my bed several times since then and said NOTHING is what hurts the most. AndâŠI had to hear it from someone else? You shouldâve told me. Itâs whatever cuz Iâm not being involved with someone who doesnât want to commit to me but wants me to commit to them. Thatâs not how shit works, Swerve! Maybe youâll figure it out for the next chick or notâŠIâm off it.â Orion grumbled as she hung up and shoved her phone back into her pocket. He called back immediately and was sent to voicemail. âPERIODT!â the worker putting her drinks into a carrier smiled. âI donât need that.â Orion sighed sadly. Wrestlers were all the same. âHoney, men come a dime a dozen. Pretty girl like you? Won't be lonely for long. And what he wonât doâŠanother man will.â she smiled. âYepâŠincluding giving you his Amex Black card for your snacks. Have a good one.â Orion smiled as she turned to walk away. âI know thatâs right! Tell him to take you shopping!â the woman laughed.
Joe could sense whatever was going on with Orion just by her walk. âWhatâs wrong?â Joe asked. âNothing. We can go.â She snapped as she handed him his drink. âNo, we not going until you tell me what's wrong. Did someone in there say something to you? What he look like?â Joe roared softly, unbuckling his seatbelt. âNobody in there said anything crazy to me. I can handle that.â She sighed. âOk, so what's wrong? Ri, talk to me.â He sighed, turning her face to him. âHeâs having a baby. Didn't even have the balls to tell me himself. Then wants to act like Iâm tripping cuz Iâm pissed about it.â Orion sighed. âDamn, that fuckin sucks.â Joe grumbled. âI don't even know why I try anymore.â Orion shrugged. âDonât sweat it. That ass is far too fat for you to be dealing with that bullshit. I can get a few of the Uces to put hands on him if you want.â Joe smiled. âYou would think that I would have learned my lesson by now. Wrestlers don't make good romantic partners for me.â She sighed. âWe were good together.â He laughed. âI was your fuckin mistress!â She roared, both of them froze when Phynix stirred slightly in the backseat.
âAnd I'll keep apologizing until the day I die. And I'd rather leave both belts in the middle of the ring and leave that world behind before I'd ever hurt you again. I mean that, Orion.â Joe spoke. âI'd never ask you to do that. I know how hard you work. Those belts are your birthright. I'm justâŠI hate when I let men hurt my feelings, but I'm just a girl who wants to be in love and loved in return.â Orion spoke. âWhat can I do to make you feel better? Wanna ride my face? You used to love that.â He winked. âHowâs that supposed to make me feel better?!â Orion laughed, smacking him on the arm. âOh, we both know it will make you feel like a brand new woman. I'll take that as a no but at least it made you smile. Crying over men is not very Hot Girl of you, Orion.â He teased. âShut up!â Orion spoke, a dramatic gasp erupting from the backseat.
âMama! That's not very nice!â Phynix yawned, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. âYeah, not very nice of you Mama!â Joe pouted. âYour dad will be ok. Look how big & strong he is!â Orion groaned. âMunchkin, she hurt me right here in my feelings.â Joe pouted, pointing to his heart. âOh no. Mama, you gotta fix it before he cries. Boys are wimps.â Phynix giggled. âOh, she is definitely your child.â Joe laughed. âI'm so sorry that I hurt the Tribal feelings. According to Munchkin, forehead kisses make it better. Bring me that forehead.â Orion laughed, kissing his forehead. âDo you feel better, Daddy?â Phynix asked. âActually, I do. Thanks, babymama.â Joe laughed as he finally started the truck. âWhatâs that word mean? Babymama?â Phynix asked. âThatâs all you, Big guy. Now you can be the one having these conversations.â Orion laughed as she busied herself in her drink. âIt's just like it sounds, Munchkin. You're my baby. She's your mama.â Joe explained.
âOhh, I see. So you have two babymamas?â Phynix asked, Orion swallowed a laugh. âYes, I do because I have two children. And their mothers are very smart and beautiful.â Joe winked at Orion. âSo will you and Mama have another baby so she can be your babymama again?â Phynix asked. âOnly if your mama wants to.â Joe smiled in Orionâs direction. âGood answer, Chief.â Orion laughed. âMommy, do you want to have another baby with Daddy?â

Previous Chapter
Orion was jolted from her sleep by Kana's tongue on her chin. âKana! Not in the face.â Orion groaned. She nestled her face into Orionâs neck and meowed loudly until Orion scratched her head. âGood morning to you too.â she grumbled before the bedroom door burst open further and Typhoon Phynix roared in. âMama! Wake up! We're going to Wrestlemania today!â She giggled as she jumped into the bed. âI see someone's excited. Good morning my love.â Orion smiled. âMe and Pop-pop are making breakfast. It's baked French Toast. I don't know what that is but it looks and smells yummy.â Phynix smiled.Â
Orion rolled out of bed and went to wash her face and brush her teeth. âMama, what are you wearing today? Can we match?â Phynix asked. âBaby girl, I'm not wearing a Roman Reigns shirt. Maybe we can just match shoes?â Orion suggested. âWill you wear a red bow in your hair too?â The little girl asked. âI'll leave the bows for the prettiest little girl in the world. We'll figure something out. Either wayâŠwe'll look so cutie!â Orion smiled as Phynix scampered off. Orionâs phone rang, of course it was Joe. âGood morning babymama.â He laughed. âDonât you have pre-match prep to do?â She laughed. âI just finished some light stretching and now I'm about to have breakfast, shower and head over to the arena. What are you wearing right now?â He spoke.
âBoy, bye!â Orion groaned. âI'm playing. I just wanted to thank you for the picture of sleeping beauty. Would've been nice to have one of my other sleeping beauty. You still sleep on your stomach with your ass kinda in the air like a mountain climber?â Joe laughed. He used to love watching her sleep and had a small, private collection of her sleeping in various hotel rooms when he brought her on the road with him. âShut up!â Orion grumbled. âThat means yes. Y'all sitting ringside tonight?â Joe asked. âYeah, weâll be on the floor on the left of where the announcers will be sitting. Donât be blowing me kisses and shit. I know how you like to be extra and put on a show.â Orion laughed. âGotta keep up the act that Iâm happily married.â Joe laughed. âYeah, but me and your wife look nothing alike. Sheâs a cute little petite thing with a blonde pixie cut. And then thereâs meâŠbuilt like an Asgardian. The people will notice if youâre blowing kisses to someone else.â Orion laughed. âIâm gonna tell her you said she was cute. You could always just act surprised and flirt back.â Joe laughed. âWhy are you on my phone, Leati?â Orion grumbled. âWhoa, mama. No need to whip out the government name. Just calling cuzâŠyouâve always been good at helping me clear my head. Distract me please. Whatâs going on with you?â he asked. âIâm torn between staying in New Japan or signing with WWE. Iâve literally conquered everything there is over there. Itâs safe, itâs home and Iâm so, so grateful for the faith they have in me. But is it time for something different?â Orion sighed. âRi, as much as Iâd love to have you and Phynix within arms reachâŠI honestly think you should stay put in New Japan. Youâre the leader of the top faction in all of wrestling, more popular than my Bloodline. Youâre doing cool shit over there. I like watching you work and canât wait to see what you do next.â Joe smiled. âYeah, so you can bite it and use it for your Bloodline.â Orion grumbled. âYouâre part of that Bloodline now. I just want you to know that whatever you need, whatever Phynix needsâŠI got you.â Joe sighed. âThanks. For nowâŠjust be her favorite WWE wrestler. Tonight, be her double champion. Tomorrow, you can be her father.â Orion sighed. âGot it. See you later? And send me more pics of my princess.â Joe laughed as they ended the call.
âMama, you were on the phone for 27 minutes! I almost starved to death.â Phynix groaned as Orion walked into the kitchen. âChill, drama queen. It wasâŠbusiness.â Orion shrugged. âContract business orâŠâ Darryl spoke. âPersonal. A follow-up from last nightâs dinner.â she smiled. âOh goodness.â Darryl grumbled. âBaby girlâŠdid you have a date last night?â Orion's father asked. âNooo. It was a business dinner.â Orion laughed as she sipped her orange juice. âMommyâs gonna kiss a boy today!â Phynix blurted out. âShe is? What's his name, Munchkin?" Darryl Sr. laughed. âYeahâŠwhat's his name, sis?â Darryl Jr. teased. âApparentlyâŠhe's finer than frog hairâŠright, ma?â Orion teased. âThat was supposed to be a secret, Munchkin!â Candice laughed. âOh? Nana said someone was cuter than me?â Darryl Sr. asked. âThat's what I was told. I dunno Dad, you might have to throw hands with your Tribal Chief.â Orion teased.
âOh snap. You got my back, Baby girl? I know there's beef there anyway.â Darryl smiled. âCopy that. I'll handle him, you gotta take both Usos though.â Orion nodded, her father nodded in agreement. âI can try to get that booked for Backlash.â DJ laughed. âI donât beat up on old people. The Tribal Chief can live to fight another day.â Orion laughed.
Later that day
âBig Uce, you good? The energy has been different today. Cuz I know you not nervous about this match. You and Brock have great ring chemistry.â Josh asked. âHad dinner with Orion Wolff last night.â Joe spoke. âOhhhâŠthat shit still hittinâ like it used to back in the day?â Josh laughed. He remembered how they were always together despite Joe being in a whole relationship. Joe was very much in love with Orion James. âTKO is trying to sign her. Nick thought it would be a good idea for her to get a feel of the company from the top guy. It was just dinnerâŠmaybe some heavy flirting.â Joe sighed. âI remember that time she put you in that Blue Thunder Bomb at the PC. Rocked your world.â Jon teased as he lowered his headphones. âMan, I let her do that!â Joe grumbled. He did not let her do that, she was strong and fast and got the best of him during a lot of their ring time together that was just the first there was an audience. âI got something to tell yâall but it canât leave this room for now.â Joe spoke. âOh? Well, spill it.â Jon spoke as he turned his full attention to his cousin. âWe have a little girl. Sheâs six, named Phynix.â Joe smiled, showing them the folder he had made with the few photos Orion had sent him. âSheâs too cute. She got your big ass ears.â Jey teased. âWe havenât told her. The other reason Orion is here was to tell me about her. Iâm kinda nervous.â Joe sighed. âYou? Nervous?â Josh teased. âWhat? Have you met a child that you didnât know you had for the first time? LikeâŠsheâs six butâŠsheâs a different six than Harrison was.â Joe sighed. âNo, I havenât. My advice isâŠeither be in her life 100% or be out 100%. Donât be like our dads where they were in and out. No kid deserves that.â Jon shrugged, going back to texting with his wife. âNo, Iâm 100% in as long as Orion wants me to be.â Joe spoke. âAnd what about you and Orion? We remember how depressed you were when she left.â Jon asked.
âI think I fucked up.â Joe grumbled. âShar found out about Orion?â Josh asked. âNo. Orion found out about Shar. She kicked me out.â Joe sighed. âYikes. Uce, you said that you were leaving Shar. You actually said it months ago!â Jon grumbled. âI know, I know. Problem is, I love her too.â Joe grumbled, tears welling up in his eyes. âAs many times as Shar has left you and came backâŠyou ainât never shed a tear. Been upset? Yeah, but cry? This is new. All that girl wanted was to be loved out loud by you. What happened?â Josh asked as they sat in traffic outside the Chicago airport. âSome guy she met at Barnes & Noble texted her about a book theyâre reading and I snapped. Told her she was just something to fuck when I was tired of Shar. YâallâŠI called her a thing. Sheâs not some thing, sheâs everything.â Joe groaned.Â
âIf you donât want to keep it, Iâll take you to the clinic. Iâll pay for it.â Darryl spoke as his baby sister cried in his arms. âIâve always wanted to be a mom. But I thought Iâd have the man to go with the baby.â Orion sobbed. âGirl, women have been raising babies alone since the dawn of time. And you wonât be alone. He wonât be there but we will.â Darryl sighed. âI hate him, but thatâs not this babyâs fault. Theyâre innocent. They deserve a chance even if it is part of him. Can we just go get carne asada fries instead?â
âMommy! Can you take my picture by the Roman Reigns logo?â Phoenix beamed as they approached the stadium. âAnything for you, Munchkin.â Orion smiled as the little girl waited her turn in line. âTheyâd push her to the front of the line if they knew.â Candice teased. âShh! That is a conversation for tomorrow.â Orion snapped softly. âI know. Sheâs gonna be fine. Sheâs a resilient kid. BesidesâŠthe way heâs been blowing your phone up all dayâŠhe wants to be in her life. YeahâŠIâve noticed. AndâŠbaby girl you smile when you look at the phone.â Candice smiled. âIâm happy for her. My baby deserves a relationship with her daddy.â Orion sighed. âFacts, Iâm glad that youâve finally gotten to this point. Iâm proud of your growth, Ri. You were angry for so long.â Candice smiled, hugging her only daughter. âIâm still angry, but they look so damn cute together, Ma look.â Orion groaned, showing her the pic she had taken Friday night. âOhâŠshe kinda has some of his face. Definitely has his big ears.â Candice laughed. âThat was the first thing he clocked. Heâs missed so much. Iâm a horrible person.â Orion frowned. âMommy! Iâm up next!â Phynix gushed. The little girlâs eyes lit up as the man in front of her draped his Championship belt over her shoulder and stepped out of frame. âThank you so much!â Candice smiled as Orion snapped a few pics that she immediately sent to Joe.
After a bathroom break and carne asada fries, the show began. Despite the noise, Phynix crawled into Orionâs lap and took a nap. âHow is she sleep?â Orionâs father asked. âOne thing my child is going to do is take her a nap.â Orion laughed. âJust like her mama!â Candice added, remembering all the times Orion would fall asleep in the oddest places. âPhy, letâs go potty before the main event.â Orion kissed her forehead until the little girlâs eyes fluttered open. They made it back in time to see Roman walking in, flanked by The Usos and Paul Heyman walking behind him with the blue belt. âHeâs soo cool!â Phynix laughed. Joeâs eyes scanned the crowd, a sea of blended faces until his gaze came across the little girl with the big red bow in her hair and her fine Mama with the curls. A smirk formed on his lips as he raised the belt above his head before more pyro hit. After that moment, he had to push them to the back of his mind and focus on the match. Brock was no easy opponent but he knew the script. Based on the first few sequences, Orion knew the script too. She found enjoyment in watching Phynix watch with bated breath as Roman kicked out at 2.999 every time. Her little hand squeezed Orionâs. âIs he gonna win, Mom?â Phynix asked. âI think he will and then heâll be the Undisputed Champion in all of WWE.â Orion smiled. âIâll be so very happy.â Phynix smiled.
â1âŠ2âŠ3.â
âAnd heâs your winner and Undisputed WWE Universal ChampionâŠRoman Reigns!â
The crowd pop was insane. They really had just put both belts on the man who had been carrying the company on his back since he came back in 2020âŠsince he decided that he needed something new for his characterâŠsince he needed her. Their eyes met as the pain of a dislocated shoulder coursed through his veins along with a healthy dose of adrenaline. His lips smiled quickly before his smile fully shifted to his soft brown eyes. Orion nodded with a smile as she celebrated with Phynix. âIâm so happy! Now he has two belts but you still have more.â Phynix squealed, hugging Orionâs neck as the fireworks went off from the stage.
After a video call to his son Harrison who was in Missouri for his grandmaâs funeral, Joe relaxed until it was time to do his presser. He grabbed his phone and lurked on Orionâs IG. It was filled with reels of her and the family enjoying the show. His favorite moment was Phynix napping in Orionâs lap during one of the matches. âI hope I made her proud.â Joe shoved his phone into his cargo pocket as he grabbed both belts and stepped out into the press area.Â
âYou should keep a better eye on her. She almost set up a match between me and Dwayne.â Joe laughed. The way this little girl clung to him was melting his heart. âShe'd be an amazing manager. Much better than your Wiseman. Can cut a promo in both English and Japanese. Maybe if you're still wrestling when she grows upâŠI'll let her come work for you, Old Man.â Orion smiled. Joe was eight years older than Orion. âMommy said that she could beat you. Is that true, Roman Reigns?â Phynix asked. âPsshh! I taught her everything she knows but I didn't teach her everything I know, little one.â Joe smiled. âI've been operating in God Mode for longer than The Tribal Chief has been champion. Got the belts to prove it too.â Orion smiled. âSheâs got this many belts! That's as many as me!â Phynix smiled as she held up 6 fingers.
âMy sweet little cherry blossom, say goodbye to the Champ. He has a show to prepare for.â Orion spoke. âAww.â They both pouted at her with the same exact pouty face. âJesus Christ.â Orion grumbled lowly. âCan you at least take our picture? It's not often that I get charmed by a 6 year old.â Joe smiled. Orion begrudgingly snapped a picture before Joe put Phynix down. âThank you mommy! Bye Tribal Chief!â Phynix smiled as she ran off to Uncle Darryl. âCute kid.â Joe smiled. âThanks. She gets it from her mother.â Orion smiled. âYou gonna post that? Tag me in it?â Joe asked. âYou think you deserve to be on my socials? Wow JoeâŠI love how important you think you are.â Orion laughed.Â
âAnd yetâŠhere you are. Watching to see greatness with your own eyes.â He scoffed. âYou kept tugging at my cape, eventually I was going to show up. Big Mama will be watching. Impress me Champ.â Orion smiled, patting his chest as she turned to walk away. Maybe dinner with Orion wasn't the best idea after all. Joe pushed their interaction into a neat little box in his mind and prepared for his segment tonight. He knew that he had to go extra hard when he saw her face in the crowd while on the mic.
âMommy & Uncle D gotta go work now. Nana & Pop-pop will stay and watch the rest of the show with you. And I'll come say goodnight when I get home. Ok?â Orion smiled as Phynix sat in her lap. âAre you going to have sushi? Can you bring me some spicy tuna rolls back?â Phynix pleaded. âSpicy tuna rolls? My grandbabyâs so bougie.â Candice teased. âMonday, we'll go for sushiâŠand cupcakes. Deal?â Orion smiled. âOk mama. I miss you already!â The little girl smiled, kissing Orionâs cheek and crawling into her grandfather's lap.
âYou ready for this?â Darryl asked Orion as they were escorted by security backstage. The majority of WWE fans did not watch any other wrestling promotions aside from WWE so she could move around pretty freely. She had signed 3 autographs the whole night and watched the show in peace with her family. âNot even. Why did they have to invite him? And why did my child have to run into his arms? They looked so natural D. Like it's been happening her whole life. I'm a horrible person.â She sighed, feeling tears building behind her eyes. âNo, you're not! Don't ever say that. You fell in love and he broke you. I was there when you wanted to go to the clinic. I would've taken you. You rerouted your career to become a mother because you are a wonderful person. You're a goddamn great mother, too. Phynix is smart, happy and very loved. We used to wish that we had adventures like she does when we were kids. She's the Black and Samoan daughter of the two top wrestlers on the planet. She lives in Tokyo and takes Taekwondo from one of the top instructors in Japan. You're doing an amazing job and regardless of if you join here or stay in JapanâŠPhynix is going to be good.â Darryl smiled at his little sister. Orion nodded, a single tear sliding down her cheek. She wiped it away and locked back into Orion Wolff. âThank you, brother. I needed to hear that.â She smiled as they approached Nick Khan & Joe. âNo problem. Being your hype man is part of my job as a brother. Let's go see if they're ready to be serious about you. Makeup still looks good.â
âThere she is. The woman of the hour. Family enjoying the show?â Nick asked. âYes, my baby girl is in heaven. She even got to meet her 2nd favorite before the show.â Orion smiled. â2nd favorite? OhhhâŠright.â Joe smiled. âYou lookedâŠdecent out there, Champ. That was almost a solid promo.â Orion teased. âAlmost?â Joe scoffed. âYep. Don't worryâŠyou'll get there.â she winked. âI meanâŠwe can't all be Thanos. Some of us have to be Thor.â Joe laughed as they walked along. âI'm honored you see me as such a threat but I am merely me. Iâm Hela. My daughter on the other handâŠdestroyer of worlds, that one. She Who Remains. When it's all said and done she will forever be my greatest accomplishment. My gift to a world that honestly isn't deserving of her.â Orion sighed. âYou have such a way with words. You always have.â Joe smiled as they all got into a car to go to dinner.Â
Orion sat in the backseat of a black Escalade sandwiched between her brother and Joe. âCan a bitch get some goddamn legroom? We all know I've got the biggest dick back here.â She grumbled before they both afforded her additional space. âSee? Told ya!â She giggled as she got a bunch of pictures from her parents. After the show, Phynix got to meet Michael Cole, Booker T & Queen Sharmell and Samantha Irvin before they left. âNick, my daughter is living her best life this weekend. One of her classmates was coming this weekend and she immediately wanted to come too.â Orion spoke. âGlad we could accommodate. Glad I could finally get Darryl on the phone.â Nick laughed from the front seat.Â
âWhat kind of school year do they have in Japan?â Joe asked. âThey go from the middle of May to the middle of February.â Orion spoke without looking up from her phone. âSo, JoeâŠstill just the one kid?â Darryl asked, neglecting the hard shot to the ribs he just took from his little sister. He'd have a bruise in the morning. âYeah. My wife hated being pregnant.â Joe shrugged. âI'm with her. The best part about being pregnant, aside from the baby, was that people were nicer to me.â Orion sighed. âPeople are always nice to pretty girls.âJoe commented as the truck came to a stop in front of the restaurant. âMen are only nice to the pretty girls they want to fuck. Plenty of women are only nice to women they feel aren't as pretty as them. It's even more rare that people are nice to the pretty, fat girl.â Orion spoke bluntly. âWhoâs hungry?â Nick laughed as he climbed out. Joe got out first. âWolff, best behavior. Let me handle the numbers, you just be your charming self.â Darryl smiled as he climbed out the other side. Before Orion could turn to follow him, Joe's hand reached for hers. She took it and slid across the seat to his side. âI still have manners, Ri.â He grumbled as he closed the door behind her.
âThey closed early for us.â Nick smiled as they approached the front door of Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. âMr. Khan, please come this way.â The doorman smiled as he held the door open. âYou've been in the gym probably getting chiseled haven't you?â Orion teased as her and Joe walked behind Nick & Darryl. âSomething like that.â He admittedly had been working out 3 times a day to be in his best shape for this match against Brock Lesnar. âYeah, ok. I'm willing to bet money that you're all cut up like a statue under this Gucci sweater.â Orion teased. âWell, we can't all be built like a goddess. They should've just asked you to be Wonder WomanâŠmuch better actress, Iâm sure.â Joe smiled. âIâve worked hard for this body. I'd be willing to play Nubia, though. I can hear your stomach growling from here, Joe.â Orion smiled as she walked past him.
âDarryl, join me at the bar?â Nick asked. Darryl nodded and they walked away. âHmm, strike 1.â Orion mumbled as she glanced at the menu. âWhatâs wrong?â Joe asked. âIf I am the commodity being discussed, I should be present in the discussion. Should I not?â She sighed, knowing fully that Darryl had her back and he wouldnât let it slide. âWant my opinion?â Joe asked, stopping to order a gin & tonic. Orion ordered a Negroni. âI don't but I know you'll give it to me.â Orion laughed as the waiter walked away. âIf you were my client, I'd advise you not to sign here.â Joe grumbled as he looked over the menu. âReally? Thatâs not what I was expecting to hear from you. Why is that?â Orion asked, sitting the menu down. She had heard her mother's reasons but to hear the same from the top guy was slightly alarming. âThereâs a myriad of reasons. First off, you can actually fuckinâ wrestle and that ain't what they wantâŠespecially from the women. I know youâve seen how they book Nattie. TwoâŠI know that they aren't going to pay you what you're worth. You make more money than I do, which is insane. And thirdly, how am I supposed to work with you when I still remember what you taste like on my tongue?â Joe growled lowly. âYou can't still be sprung after 6 years, Joe.â Orion laughed. âI wouldn't call it sprung butâŠI wouldn't not call it sprung.â Joe laughed as the waiter sat their drinks down.
âStill deciding?â The older man asked. âWe're still waiting on two others.â Orion spoke. âI think they ditched us.â Joe laughed softly, pointing to Nick & Darryl sitting at a different table near the bar. âIs this supposed to be a romantic dinner? They threw you to me as an offering?â Orion groaned, ordering a ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini. âI came willingly.â Joe laughed as he ordered grilled chicken with roasted asparagus and wild rice pilaf. âWhy?â Orion asked. âWellâŠyou're gorgeous and who wouldn't want to have dinner with a gorgeous woman? AndâŠyou're my muse. AndâŠwe got a really cute kid.â Joe laughed. âJoeâŠlisten IâÂ
âYou don't have to explain yourself to me, baby. I knew it from the moment she told me that you were her mom. You told me that you needed to talk to me about something that night. I thought it was to tell me that you had got cut, and I thought an orgasm might soften the blow. But then that guy texted you and then I blurted that you were just something to do when I didn't want to fuck my girl and I justâŠit still replays in my mind. It wasn't true. And I wasn't shit for that. You deserved better. And, sheâs got my big ass ears.â He sighed as he swirled his drink around in the glass.Â
âYou've done an amazing job with Phynix. Not for nothing but talking to her was the best 5 minutes of my dayâŠaside from talking to you, of course.â Joe smiled. âDon't sweet talk me. It's been hard but it takes a village. My parents are well known in all the neighborhood shops. Uncle Darryl visits frequently and any long school break, we're in the States. Honestly, she loves it over here. Smoked brisket is her absolute favorite food on earth.â Orion laughed. âBeef brisket is amazingâŠespecially when it's in Texas!â Joe smiled. âMy father makes an amazing one. I got him this huge smoker a couple years ago and I swear he's a part-time pitmaster now. The rest of his time he spends growing vegetables. He also spends a lot of time watching wrestling.â Orion laughed. âOf course. I'll admit that ever since you've called me out, I've gone down a serious YouTube rabbit hole. Tell Will Ospreay that it's on sightâŠnobody's son lays a hand on you. Actually, it's fuck all of United Empire. Want to know something?â Joe smiled. âWhat's up?â She asked. âWe were having a movie night and somehow, we ended up watching Lucha Underground. The twins clocked your tat immediately and made sure to point out that I used to mentor youâŠin front of my wife. You ate that Penta Destroyer and somehow managed to kick out and win that match. I never knew you could flip like that.â Joe laughed. âYeah, I can move! That was a lover's quarrel that we brought to work and made everyone's problem.â Orion laughed. âYou and Penta? Really? WowâŠyou like âem old, don't you?â Joe teased. âThey usually don't mind that I have a kid.â Orion shrugged. âI don't mind either.â Joe grumbled.Â
âAs you sit here in a wedding band. I'm nobody's side chick, Joe. Not anymore.â Orion scoffed. âIt's not like that, Ri.â He groaned, sensing her anger building. âWell, please enlighten me.â She snapped softly. âWe've been separated for almost a year. Divorce was finalized 3 weeks ago. Aside from the family, you're the only one who knows.â Joe sighed as he finished his drink. âWow, sorry to hear that.â Orion spoke. âNo, you're not. And that's ok.â Joe laughed. âNever been married but I know plenty of people who are. Whether or not it's a good marriage, I feel sympathetic to the plight of having to separate your lives from each other. Jesus Joe, I hate you but I'm not a complete monster.â She laughed as she downed the rest of her drink. âYou hate me?â He asked as the waiter sat fresh drinks in front of them.Â
âYou made me believe that you loved me. Like I was special.â Orion sighed, setting her fork down and staring into her glass. âWhat we had was real, Orion. And you are so special to me. I was so delusional that I married Shar in an attempt to get over you. Did I love her? Yeah, but not the same way that I loved you. I was going to leave her for you.â He sighed. âI don't believe you but none of that matters anymore. I'm not the chubby girl that snagged the hot guy only to be left so completely devastated and pregnant by that hot guy.â Orion sighed, her intense gaze catching his. âI don't remember it happening exactly like that. I had to get dressed outside your door hearing your cries on the other side. All I wanted to do was hold you and tell you that I was sorry. I had to go on the road and when I came backâŠyou had packed up and moved. You blocked me on Instagram and Twitter. You never posted on Facebook. Nobody at the PC knew where you went. I was the one left devastated.â Joe grumbled.
âSo you swagger jacking my whole entire flow was what? A cry for attention?â Orion laughed. âThat shit worked though. Actually, I have my late father to thank for that. Between my leukemia coming back and then the pandemicâŠI was thinking of hanging up my boots. The Big Dog had grown stagnant because that wasn't really me. He suggested that I check out the leader of Bullet Club. He suggested specific elements and I got a little greedy. Your character work is amazing butâŠyou're really like that. A whole baddie, but you always were.â Joe smiled. âSo you acknowledge your Packmaster?â She smiled. âIs there a punishment if I say no?â Joe winked. âYoâŠchill out. Let me knowâŠyou about to be Roman Two Belts orâŠâ Orion laughed. âYou know I can't tell you that but I would love to show our daughter that Daddy can have multiple belts too. Speaking of our daughterâŠwhen can I meet her?â Joe asked excitedly. âPump ya damn brakes. Focus on beating Lesnar first.â Orion laughed.Â
Joe grabbed her hand, his eyes examining her nails. âI like these. You wrestle in these? Thereâs no way.â He laughed. âNo. Mom put these on yesterday. These are off duty nails.â Orion smiled. âThey lookâŠfunâŠlike I need them wrapped around myâŠnevermind.â He winked, his face trying to ignore the freaky thoughts in his mind. âYou gotta chill. I keep telling you that I'm not the same girl you used to have whimpering in her bed.â Orion laughed softly. âThose were amazing nights. I need a night like that so I'm focused tomorrow.â Joe winked. Orion leaned in, her nails digging into his beard, his pulse quickening. âAht aht, Champ. Not so fast. You have to earn your way back into this pussy.â She laughed. His tongue slowly parted his lips, his head dropping back slightly at the feel of her nails scratching his skin. âI'll do anything.â He moaned softly, his massive hands gripping the edge of the table.
