Week 5 (August 29 - August 31)
They say that all good things come to an end. We present to you our finale list, Week 5. We hope you enjoyed journeying with us towards mental health wellness and awareness. Although we are sad that we will not continue on, we do hope that you we somehow helped jump start you towards your #goals. Perhaps, if there is anything that should not end, it’s hardwork and perseverance. Our mental health should be treated with utmost importance and should not be taken for granted. Pay it forward and keep moving forward!
