hi t, it’s been a while since i’ve written to you. the last time i made a post like this was the night before you came to new jersey for the 1989 tour. a few things have obviously changed since then. i’m nineteen now and i’ll be starting my second year of college days after lover is released. i have been loving you since i received the self-titled album when i was 6/7, time becomes blurry when i think back on it now but i know you’ve been my idol ever since i heard timmcgraw for the first time. my mom and i live together and have been on our own since i was 6 and we have been the biggest taylor fans ever since. since i’ve been following you for 12/13 years now i have loved being able to watch you grow and change while being able to do the same alongside you. my mom has loved to watch it too. she always talks to me about you like we’re old friends, and the truth is t i like to think we are. you have been there for me in my happiest and darkest moments and i wouldn't want it any other way. and i like to think that as a fan i have been there for you in these moments as well. recently my mom has been telling me i need to write you a letter since i am going to school to get a degree in english and creative writing, but i know that this approach is probably the best bet. i have loved being part of your world all these years and having you play such a significant role in mine as well. that being said i know so many things about you that it’s only fair to share some things about me 

- i have 5 cats. so you can never say you are a “crazy cat lady” because my mom says we have you beat

- i was born on february 29th, which makes me a leap year baby and a pisces. and being a pisces makes me a hopeless romantic so you can see we have some traits in common

- i am going to school to major in english and minor in psychology

- i like to write poetry and have many many diaries/journals that get started and never finished

- my mom makes banging banana bread and is always willing to bake some for you :-)

- i saw the speak now tour in nj and the reputation tour in philly (the night the delicate basket stopped working)

these are just a few things, but i would love to tell you more when you get the time someday. all in all taylor after everything i feel like we have gone through together i am so happy, beyond happy, that you are in such a time of love and joy in your life right now. i love to see you beaming and full of light every time you post and with the recent release of the title track ‘lover’ i just know you are so happy and in love. i cannot wait for lover to come out in 6 days taylor, because i have a feeling it will be my favorite album yet (even though speak now and red are holding that spot). my mom can’t wait to see you top reputation since that's her favorite album and shes had it on repeat since 2017. i know someday i will get the chance to give you a big hug and talk all things cats and poetry, but for right now t just know i will always stay and you have and will continue to make me so proud. 💗💗💗💗💗
