My salesman was Erick Martinez @ Audio Express store no 21 (AE21). 1420 S Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas NV. It was supposed to be a first come, first serve. I came at 8:30 AM I was the 2nd guy there but the last to leave. My car got done right around closing time which was 6pm while everyone else’s car got done before mine. The salesman told me to buy a data bus for extra charge so that the car can get done faster and it will be finished by 2-3, if not it will take longer. I went to the back to see what was going on but the Manager told me I can’t be there, I told them, well I’m not in the installation area (inside), I was outside the garage just watching my car and this one guy closed the sliding door on me. What an incompetent manager and staff. These people have no customer service, very very bad customer service. Audioexpress
