This may be a call for a health check, but the main things that jump out at me are the shoes and the medications. Shoes are a sign of moving forward and the blue laces mean insight and intelligence. Your doctor, or perhaps the doctor is a metaphor for some type of healing (it could be spiritual, mental, or physical healing), may have some important information since he is giving you these shoes. With the shoes being worn out, I suppose this information comes from experience or from a place that has been overworked (has your mind, spirit, or body been overworked? your hidden self?). Your doctor or perhaps your body, spirit, or mind has something important to tell you. You may need a health check, but you may also want some spiritual insight through meditation or another spiritual practice.Another significant symbol is the medication. Your dream may be warning you that you will undergo unpleasant experiences for a positive outcome. During this journey, you become confused, dizzy, uncertain, or fearful. This process is one of healing, but to reach that end result, the journey may be unpleasant. You may not understand or even know what is happening until the end result. Perhaps to move forward and understand the situation you will need the insight that the dream is calling for.
