Rayne was made by a witch/fae collecting the strongest dna/blood samples from Hellsing and Iscariot (Alucard and Anderson) and then making some spell with it to be able to have a child. She wanted to make a strong monster to fight them. But after giving birth, she died due to the sheer mix of magical energy and power radiating from Rayne.

Rayne was found by a normal family, who immediately took her in. They raised her as a normal human despite the fact that she is absolutely not normal. Her parents always chalk it up her powers to other things, no matter how ridiculous it is.

She is mixed with: Vampire, Regenerator, Holy magic, and Fae.
