When Amanda Waller stole the powers of every metahuman and alien on Earth, the heroes fought back and saved those powers. But not all of them; some of them are still missing, and Captain Atom will do anything to get his own back.
This series is very boring and I didn't enjoy much of any of it. There's some neat ideas here and there but nothing is executed well. It might work better read in a single session, but I am not willing to go back and find out.
