I’m not sure if it counts as a headcannon if it’s from the author) about him that you haven’t shared yet, silly, domestic, angsty or otherwise? I absolutely love your writing and world building and I’m foaming at the mouth for more!!!!
Thanks so much!! :) Good news, there is more! For canon stuff, there is a novella sequel, TADEK AND THE PRINCESS, but all my books are set in the same world and sometimes they cross-reference between each other in interesting ways. I'd suggest RUNNING CLOSE TO THE WIND next if you want to hear more about what happened at the Shipbuilder's Guild. :)
As for non-canon facts, I published a "fanfic" called "what spring does with the cherry trees" that is about Evemer learning how to write love letters. Again, it's not officially canon, it's more of just my own love letter to fandom as a thank-you gift for teaching me most everything I know about writing :)

reading a taste of gold and iron and i really like the fact that kadou's initial suspicions turn out to be the correct ones. in any other book siranos would be a red herring and that would be the right authorial decision to make. here, though, kadou's anxiety means that siranos needs to be guilty. he's always being told "oh there's nothing to be worried about, there's no reason to fear" and often there isn't but it doesn't make it any better to have your insecurities and your anxieties invalidated time and time again. we have to see kadou be right, be able to say "yes, this time, i do know what i'm talking about," and new listened to. that's what we need.
