Guidelines For a Strong Protest
I’ve been to several protest so here are some things that I have learned along the way.
If nobody is leading YOU lead.
ALWAYS CARRY WATER.
wear sneakers.
Carry a sign to show your message or Chant
Do not engage. Unless defending yourself.
If something is thrown at you throw it BACK.
LOCK ARMS when Police purse peaceful protesters
Keep something to cover your face in case of tear gas or mace.
If you know you’re Temper is bad DO NOT go to the front line.
We are Unified in this moment so remember you’re not alone.
Always post pictures and videos to show the truth or they’ll create their own.
It takes more than a day and there is more than one way to protest.
