And hereās my take on our first MusicMonday post.
Rather than recommending a wholeĀ album like Val did, I have a fewĀ songs for you guys. The first song that Iām recommending just makes me kind of forgetĀ everythingĀ and unwind. Unwinding is super important if youāre going through something and for some people, unwinding meansĀ escaping reality through a song. So here isĀ āOh Loverā by Atlas Bound (feat. Mark Johns). Atlas Bound actually has an EP, called Lullaby which you can definitely check out on SoundCloud :)
Another really cute song that I actually found while writing this post isĀ āCocoonā by Catfish and theĀ Bottlemen.Ā

Sydney duo Atlas Bound are definatley ones to watch. Only really getting started in May this year, there latest track Soul is something to go by. Lock was the first drop. Check them both here.
After I first heard 'lock' I tried to describe it in words, but instead I just played it again, then again and again...well you get the point. Apparently I'm not alone though as after just 15 days since french labelĀ CosmonostroĀ flicked Sydney DuoĀ Atlas BoundĀ on sound cloud it has clocked up nearly 170,000 hits. This is one promising dreamy track and the band claim on theirĀ facebookĀ page that more is on its way so lets stay tuned and see whats in store after such a perfect little gift of a track. yew.
