Dedication. Our very own Lisamarie has it. Have I told you lately how amazing she is? Staying weekends here to help out and give me some time off, up bright and early to work dogs, scoop the field, feed, and clean crates. Oh yea, it's an important part of our job here. We are very proud to offer you a super clean and sanitary home facility for the safety and comfort of your beloved canine. It's also where LM sleeps when she's here. Just kidding! If you follow her on Instagram @lmk9z you'll see her silly marshmallow of a pittie prefers the bed in the guest room. And if you are wondering, the answer is "Yes!" Her Rosco does in fact have permission to sleep on the bed in the #ateoyl guest bedroom. He's earned it. He has no problem with his obedience. He's not dog or human aggressive, or reactive. He doesn't counter surf, or get into the trash, or chew on furniture. He can be thrown in with the pack easily for play or walking. His only offense, trying to steal King Lu's nylabone or stuffed piggie, but who wouldn't? So yes, if you have a well-trained, mannerly and balanced dog, we believe they can earn bed privileges. So, how many of you had a taste a the thunderstorm today? We sure didn't, and I have to admit, I'm pretty bummed about it. I worked pretty hard to get all of the dogs fulfilled and made lots of special arrangements to accommodate this thunderstorm, and then there was nothing. A ton of prep for nothing. Sigh. Oh well, perhaps it will hit us tomorrow. Mondays are generally the second half of my weekend, but with 8 dogs here, there wasn't much time for rest after LM headed back to the OC. Guess she got tired of sleeping in the crate, huh? Everyone starts out at the bottom here. The bottom of a crate. Just teasing again! But I'm sure you already knew that, lol! One thing is for sure, one of us or all of us spend time time in a crate each day, just like you see here. Each time a dog leaves after boarding or daycare their crate is cleaned and sanitized with pet friendly, and earth friendly products. Dog beds get washed and replaced often, dog bowls are sanitized, as well as the kennel runs outside.
