Home from San Diego. What a trip! Stephanie (@stephaniejoy.elliott) and I were able to go to a huge conference for Learning & Development professionals. We heard amazing speakers, ate by the ocean, and took a little ride in an ambulance after somebody (*cough*Stephanie*cough*) fainted while we were sitting trying to pick a workshop to attend and proved difficult to wake back up. Fortunately that happened on the first day of the conference, and everything was smooth sailing for the rest of the trip! I have to say, I’m coming back full of knowledge and excitement about being a better instructional designer, but even more full of gratitude for such a wonderful travel companion, coworker, mentor, and friend!
