It had been two weeks since Quinnâs life had been turned upside down for the second time this year. Rachel took it upon herself to spread the news that Quinn had been lying about her babyâs father and the blondeâs world hadnât been the same since. Immediately after the revelation, she and the rest of her emotionally charged Glee Club members had to perform, without a set list, at Sectionals. Then she found herself packing all her belongings, yet again, to move into yet another unfamiliar house. It was safe to say Quinn Fabray was no longer living the good life. Honestly, she wished she had a good reason for lying in the first place. She was ashamed she cheated on her boyfriend. She cheated because she was lonely. Her boyfriend had a newfound fascination with Rachel Berry. Puck just so happened to be there and, God knows, he is everything Finn isnât. When that pregnancy test came back positive, she panicked. Never in a million years did she expect Puck to step up and be a dad, so she took the safe route. She lied to Finn because she knew he would do the right thing. Her plan was flawed, yes, but she didnât think she had another choice. These events had been floating around in her mind everyday since it happened. She was angry. She was sad. She was embarrassed. But, most of all, she was regretful. She wanted to talk to Finn so many times, but never could muster up the words. What do you say to someone who you hurt so badly? She often found herself lurking at her locker a little longer that usual, in hopes of catching a glimpse of him. They havenât interacted much in Glee. Itâs as if Mr. Schue has separated them in all dance routines on purpose. Truth be told, sheâs been trying to keep tabs on him. Sheâs watched him and Rachel grow closer -- which doesnât surprise her. She tries to cease her thoughts; she does still have to focus on her education, after all. But, itâs as if Finn can sense sheâs thinking about him because as soon as she shuts her locker, she notices him opening his. The blonde takes a deep breath, knowing that she needs to clear the air with the boy who she once loved. She pulls the books in her hand tightly to her chest and quickly makes her way to her ex-boyfriend. Before she loses her nerve, she blurts out a soft âHi.â Her eyes dart from the floor to his face before she continues, âHow are you?â / @astrnts
