Noctis Impera, Council Member and Enemy to The Topside Noctis Impera is a vicious councilman, one of many whom delegate and protect the Underground from outside conflict. Given the nature of Batponies, it is often understood that they are entirely solitary and refuse to intermingle with those not of their own species. Noctis is a subspecies of Batpony, one of Vampiric nature. This fact, of course, is hidden from his equals and subordinates out of both fear of discovery and advantage of concealment.
Vampires are capable of enthralling individuals, though this "magic" has its limits. In secret, Noctis Impera lives alongside Topside ponies, using them as cattle to feed upon. He is not open about his personal life for there are too many opposing threats within his community.
Though his life of secrecy is deemed a crime by the High Council, there is more than what meets the eye among many chairholders in their delegation.
