This is the entry I’m most interested in. 

This idea that werewolves were introduced as violent and evil and that the Argents weren’t straight up villains is just untrue. The Hales had just brokered a peace treatise that Gerard messed up. Gerard also betrayed Deucalion in retribution for his brother. Who could have lived just fine as a werewolf (same with Victoria), but chose to end his life. 

The Argents have hated SPN for centuries, they came to Beacon Hills because the Hales were getting too powerful and they wanted to put the weres in their place. 

The Argents came back to Beacon Hills to clean up the MESS that Kate made. If she wouldn’t have committed genocide against the Hales, Peter never would have went on his vengeance spree. It’s completely a result of their violent and devious actions. Chris isn’t too far from the tree.

Also, take into account that Scott had barely known Allison for a couple of weeks. Yes, his interactions with Derek were terse, but he gave as much as he got. Because just as many times as Derek pushed him, he also saved his life. And only got upset when Scott refused to take his bite seriously. 

So he tells Derek whose entire family was killed (which y’all, is horrible WITHOUT the rape. So what if Scott didn’t know about Kate? He didn’t have to, they murdered Derek’s ENTIRE FAMILY!) that maybe the hunters, WHO TRIED TO KILL HIM EP 1, may have had a reason? The Argents weren’t trying to help Scott, the only reason he was involved with them was because of Allison, so yeah, she played a part. Scott’s obsession with her was a detriment. 

Because when Theo told Scott that Stiles bludgeoned someone with a wrench, Scott didn’t say “he must have had a reason”. Because Stiles wasn’t sucking Scott’s dick. You know who was?
