Day 5
8 mile run with friends. Not fast, not pretty but for the first time in months my tibials weren't throbbing. Cautiously optimistic.
So this happened today. Get ready for annoying pre/post gym updates.
This is my cover of "Assingear" by The High Speed Scene. A great rock band which only put out one awesome Pharrell-produced album in 2005. I learned how to play this and another song off the album last night and thought I'd share. Anyway, I hope you all like it. :)
