“Alright, so that did not go at all according to plan,” she sighs as she looks at the lopsided pumpkin she just finished carving. “they make it look so easy on extreme pumpkin carving,” she says with a shake of her head. “i thought taking out the pumpkin guts was supposed to be the challenging part. he looks like the one of joker’s victims.” she debates trashing the tragic pumpkin but then again there’s nothing a little magic can’t fix. “xif ti,” she mutters under her breath and watches as the carvings readjust themselves into a perfect, symmetrical grin. is it cheating? she’s sure it is, but she’s not entering any of these pumpkins into a carving competition anytime soon. most of them will simply go on display in her shop for the guests to admire. she might even animate a few here and there to entertain the shoppers. zee smiles down at her handy work before turning to her companion. “i think you better carve the next one. my knife skills are a little rusty.”
