I’d like to add that my therapist told me specifically that people should never ever tell their doctor/psychiatrist “I think I might have [blank]” but especially ADHD because they’ll think you just want medication to abuse or sell. Better to just list your symptoms and describe how they affect your life. So please, do not print this out and hand it to your doctor. Instead, look at it as a guide for how to describe your symptoms.

There is the ASRS which is fairly accurate but it isn’t even close to being fully accurate.
Only way to be sure is to try and get a diagnosis, I’m afraid.
