The 5 book should have a chart like this, but I don't own it. it's a bit different compared to the other books in terms of accessing it digitally, and it's the only one without an easily accessible digital version that I don't own physically. You can find it the digital version here via Bookwalker, but to purchase you'll need to either be in Japan or have a Japanese VPN. it also can only be read in-browser.

there's no English language version of Yakuza that doesn't have the dub. the only versions with Japanese audio are JP versions of Yakuza and 1&2 HD, which only have Japanese subtitles.

if you're keen to play, you can find a copy (the .pkg and .rap files are easy to find) to play with PCSX2 or RPCS3 and follow a guide. I've linked the one for 1&2 HD, but ThePatrick has one for the original Yakuza as well.

He's in the 15th anniversary book and very likely in the 0 book as well. I haven't posted his 15th anniversary page because I started this blog out just posting the characters I liked instead of everyone, and I haven't posted the 0 one because that's the only book I don't own.

they're from an ebten preorder for a special edition of the book that's since closed. you'll need to use a proxy service to buy from ebten. some people have been listing their individual bonuses over on Yahoo Auctions if you want to try and snag any of them.
