“Now, when the world was new, the land and the ocean that those two made was utterly barren. Imagine, just a clump of empty water on one side and dry, dusty land mass on the other! The two were never the creative sort–too busy bickering. That is, of course, why I came around.…and I suppose why that picky titan was too.

We all had our roles, and mine was, of course, to bring forth flora. The first fields, the first trees, the first fruits…in all shapes and forms as the world too was changed. And ever-changing. Such a wide world of possibilities…and we as its crafters…

Then I decided to try my hand at something different. 10 bulbs, flowers unlike any other I had made before and to them I gave some of my own essence. They were to be born in my own wondrous image, though they weren’t quite the same. Understandably, they are not gods…but they are so very special and worthy to carry my title. And I am proud to see how the young of those 10 have grown so many millenniums later. And that is how the ‘Shaymin’ were made.”
