I'd like to give a shoutout to askoncelercosplay/strawberrypockyfox. He'd be the first person I'd converse with the week I got into the fandom. He told me that cosplaying a character from a different race doesn't matter, and to not listen to the people that bash you down for doing so. Hearing that from him gave me the courage to go out and attempt cosplaying, which turned out to be a great success. For that, I respect him greatly and I wish him the best in everything he does.
