They love eachother very much, even if their relationship isn't the healthiest. Sometimes Liu has to act more like a father or nurse than an actual brother, and Jeff often feels great shame in his dependency. These strains on their brotherhood often lead to huge fights. But they always forgive (even if they shouldnt) and love eachother more than anything, and will happily kill and die for eachother :]

Liu is 5'9 and Jeff is 6'10! Dont think I've ever clarified that Liu is NOT short, just that Jeff is a stretched boy- but I'm glad I get to now! Despite being several heads shorter Liu wins in being stronger, he's actually quite stocky meanwhile Jeffery is deathly thin.
