Ehh.. Tbh in a SpongeBob movie thing I’d think Carrie would be Mindy. Because y’know that one scene where Patrick says “she’s hot” or whatever, when he meets Mindy? To me it’d be weird for Darwin to say that if Penny was Mindy. So.. Yeah. Not to start up an argument or anything, I’m just sayin’.
