// #AskHannah // @mimiehunney: Can you suggest a diet without having to skip meals? - @hannahonline: I’m currently experimenting a high-fat, ketogenic diet. - Objective::: To re-wire the body to burn, not store, fat. I still consume carbs & basically everything I want; the only thing I change is the sequence of meals. - Timing is everything. Carbs at the end of the day & healthy fats at the start of the day. - In summary: Healthy fats in the morning (nuts, avocado, coconut oil), healthy fats + protein at lunch, protein + carbs (+fruits) at dinner. - If you’re looking to get maximum results from this approach, I’d suggest 1. Starting the day with 1 litre of water (better if alkaline; squeeze some lemon juice into your water) to cleanse the system. 2. Avoid carbs + sugars (including fruits, oats/cereal) in the morning. Save that for dinner. 3. If you don’t have time to prepare breakfast, just take 1-2 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil followed by a cup of coffee (without sugar) in the morning. It should keep you full & your brain fuelled till lunch. 4. Consume your meals within 6-8 hours in a day. - Hope that helps. // #AskHannah // - @vangggg: How do you manage your time between work, engaging with people on social media and alone self? Do you have a schedule or some sort? - @hannahonline: Barely. My typical day stretches up to 20hours on average. - I juggle between the day-to-day running of the businesses I’m involved in while trying to sneak in at least 1 home-cooked meal, a 20-minute sweat session & engagements within the creative industry (occasional events/shoots/hosting gigs). - Things I don’t compromise in my day is 1 hour in the mornings to spiritually realign myself & 2 hours at night for my #OnlineFamily (crafting/editing my daily post & responding to comments as much as I can within that time frame). - Anything beyond that just means I compromise on sleep. It’s intense, but I’m happy. - Dream team in the works, but for now, I’m learning to trust the process & be accountable in little. When the big guy up there thinks I’m ready, the rest will follow. - Most importantly, He gave me you, my Online Family. You make all the difference for me & this journey would not be the same without each and every single one of you. So, thank YOU so much super people.

#AskHannah - @wawa.97: What are your thoughts on crime prediction using analytics? - @hannahonline: Love this question Wawa! IMHO, machine learning is capable of (at best) predicting probability. The humans provide input of data (eg, type of crime, date/time, location, etc) & the software generates the patterns. While people are creatures of habit, I reckon there’s just too many variables in human behaviour to come up with a comprehensive algorithm that can tap into criminal minds overnight (i.e. within a decade or so). Nevertheless, over a collective period of time, I believe it will possible to achieve greater accuracy of predictive crime mapping tools. - What are your thoughts on this #OnlineFamily? - Side note:: Salty hair, Vitamin Sea, Blue skies, Happy belly, Travel glow. #AskHannah [Part 2 of 2] …continued. - Not long after that, doctors discovered a tumour on a nerve in her brain, the same year she was diagnosed with a 2nd recurrence of a cancerous cyst in her ovary which led to a major open surgery. - Due to contractual obligations within that same month, she was back on her feet performing on her Japanese debut promo tour in 40 locations throughout Japan while enduring much pain caused by internal bleeding from the recent surgery. - With the beginning of a third cyst relapse & divine intervention through a natural disaster, that girl returned home & pursued to build her career in business. - If you haven’t already realized, that 16 year old girl that ran away from home is the same girl that is writing this story. - A lot has happened in my life over the last 20 years since running away from home. - I’ve had my share of lows - abusive relationships, unsuccessful ventures, wanting to give up on life entirely, failed business partnerships, debt, being sabotaged at work, racial discrimination, major health issues, wrong investment decisions. - For almost 2 decades now, I worked an average of 18–21 hour days which eventually took a toll on my body. - But today, thanks to all those blessings in disguise, the grace of God & the wonderful people that I have crossed paths with along the way, I’ve learnt to appreciate the value of life, love, health, contentment, & complete trust in my Heavenly Father. - I never understood why I had to go through what I went through, but today, I have a story to tell & a message of encouragement to share. - I believe we didn’t wake up this morning & got an extra day in our lives because we needed it. We got an extra day in our lives because someone out there needs us. - So if you’re going through a character-building season in your life right now, remember that we all have the power to say, THIS IS NOT HOW MY STORY WILL END. - Cheering you on super people. #AskHannah: @micheleaverine::: Hi babe… how do u stay motivated esp with ur happy chuckle and laugh all the time which is so contagious and positive and yet so infectiously happy? - @hannahonline:: There are brilliant days & there are character-building days. - These last 2 years haven’t been the easiest. I admit that I cry behind closed doors. I’m fighting battles I don’t tell people about. And I struggle. - I struggle to keep up. There are days that I feel so drained emotionally, physically & mentally, that I just want to bury myself & never wake up. - But I’m constantly reminded that we didn’t wake up this morning & got an extra day in our lives because we needed it. - We got an extra day in our lives because someone out there needs us. - I’m also reminded to make it a point to encourage 1 person a day - be it the person sitting across me at work or at school, or even someone on social media (like what you do for me). - We never know what they’re going through, just like they won’t know what we’re going through right now. - Sometimes, it’s just about being nice to someone today.
