they did that in the police station during Jus In Bello and I think a couple other times but I guess the rest of the time they forgot XD or maybe they just now got phones that weren’t shit?

I remember them playing it over the intercom in the police station, but you'd think they'd do it more often. Of course, around season 4 they gave up on exorcisms and just started stabbing all the demons. Because who cares about the poor shmucks who got possessed, right?
