The Condesce isn't religious, in that she doesn't worship a god of any sort. Although she acknowledges that fate certainly seems to be a thing, she doesn't put it to any particular religion, as it seems to be the universe itself that's in control.
Her pet peeve is easily being told what to do by people she considers inferior to her. It's a guaranteed way to piss her off.

It's fairly easy to make the Condesce happy through flattery and/or expensive gifts, and if she likes you then joining in with her fish punning will do wonders for her mood. Spending time with her moirail or her adopted grub will also lift her spirits if she's feeling low.

The Condesce is much more stable, mentally, than she was when she died, a large part of which is thanks to Redglare and their moirallegience. She is still very vain, and her hemohierarchic tendencies are very much in place. Basically, she's less violent, but no less obsessed with herself.
