It'd definitely give ya some interesting anatomy practice given Kain's own anatomy is rather inhuman. As for poses....hmm...maybe Death pulling Kain out of water(considering pools of water are implied to still be deadly or at least highly painful to him), or a bit where Death is looking up at Kain from a pool of water. The song Nolitus by E.S. Posthumus ft Luna Sans conjures that image a lot. I also use Sleep Token a lot to inspire me with this ship. Whichever pose floats your boat really, not a picky gal.
