THE #LAMB MEETS THE #EARTHWORM The message of the Lamb is about questioning what you're conforming to. Sheep love to be apart of the group, they want to be accepted and belong to something bigger and to be apart of something that feels safe. As such, the message here could be about fear of being different, doing something different and not shying away. The message here with the Lamb is about embracing your untapped potential and following your own path, not the path that may have been set out for you. When I see the lamb there is this vulnerability that comes alongside it, “can I do this”, “will they understand”, “I want to belong- to be liked and accepted”, Self-doubt, they start to listen to what the rest of the herd are saying and because they don’t have the greatest of vision they can back down and get in line. It’s good to be grateful with you have but it is okay to dream of more, it’s time to find your herd, the ones that will support your dreams because even though a sheep can be independent they do yearn to belong to a group. It is time for you to get into a quiet space and listen for what truth is trying to surface. Be patient, your time will come. THE COUNTERPART TO THIS IS THE EARTHWORM - So perhaps the issue here is that you're not wanting to come out and into the light, you could very well be hiding away, or perhaps you feel as though you're not experienced enough... It reminds me of the Movie "Sing" Meena, The Elephant/Tori Kelly, who has this big gift inside of her but she is just plain shy and so she has to stay behind the scenes until she can face that fear. The point is that you have something to offer, and you want something, but what are you willing to share in exchange. The Reveal… THANKS, A MILLION - I'll try posting one of these each week!
CARD 1 ~ King of Water!
This card is very Neptunian and the King on this Card is Poseidon the ruler of the oceans and sea. Symbolically I feel you have been swept up by the current and dragged under, the card itself is submerged in deepest depths of the ocean, which can mean you are consumed by something.
Interestingly you are presented with two (pointing to a choice) Seahorses which are spiritually associated with the resistance to change and furthermore, I feel it’s hard for you to continue as you are at the present, the air bubbles are saying to me it’s time for you to release yourself, to surrender, to relax, to allow yourself to rise to the surface, to breathe in new air.
Think of it like drowning… If you're panicking and all you keep thinking to yourself is “oh no, I'm drawing” the further you go under. If you slow your heart rate and relax your body you will rise up to the surface. Are you consumed with emotions that overwhelm you? Are you burdened by other people's expectations so you continue on the path they want for you - that is not fulfilling for you?
The card is full of feeling, emotion, and depth and you can use all of that to create/transform something from it, this is not the way it has to or will be for long. There needs to be more balanced and you could not only help yourself but others also if express yourself authentically, by being authentic you are showing others it’s okay to do the same… This is a time for you to share an experience and dare to make one step towards a dream/goal of yours or just let people know how you feel … Put yourself first for a change!
CARD 2 ~ The Four of Air
This card screams CONTROL… But the message I get from it is more in line with Time. The card you choose is saying to you that there is enough time, there is a time for all things if only you make time for them. It’s about assessing your lifestyle, your routines. I feel you are being asked to ensure you make time for the things that truly matter to you, that you carve out time for those insanely great ideas that you just never get around to doing. Schedule the time now to do something that excites your mind.
Now the number four is a message of structure, safety, security and home… so this could be a great time to have a clear out, declutter your home, get rid of things that have outlived its usefulness.
& just going back to the word control… Control is an illusion. The man on the card seems like the man who is a bit OCD, I have to do this first, then this, and he looks the type to plan everything that if something unexpected was to happen it would throw him off entirely. This Weekend perhaps just go with the flow - don’t worry so much about all the chores, and the long list of things you must do - this is a time to just make time for fun and know that whatever is meant to happen will happen.
CARD 3 ~ King of Earth
I just love the Earth Cards in this deck, they are just stunning! Anywho… This card is about Strength and dedication so if something is working this weekend don’t change it. This is a weekend full of hard work, you don’t become successful by just sitting around all day long, you gain your achievements by working harder than everybody else.
Now I am most drawn to the Texas Longhorn at the base of the card, I feel this is symbolic of your endurance, but it is linked to the sign of Taurus which of course is a time during the year of renewal. Next year as well Uranus will transit the Sign of Taurus so there are big changes happening for the Earth signs. The message for the weekend for those who picked number 3 is that of patience… Having faith in yourself, your skill, your talent and knowing that success will be yours. For now, stick to your guns and follow tradition (or whatever is working for you)
