I wondered how was BTS and Seri relationship 🥴 I recently saw Yoonmi X TXT but how is SeriX BTS ?

Does the boys get along well with Seri or they just barely talk ?

they’re not all as close as yoonmi is to txt, but they do talk quite often! let me elaborate:

Seokjin

actually seri talks to jin a lot! he heard about her working extra to catch up with the others in terms of dance then they just kinda bonded. he takes her out to eat quite often, and he likes taking her to places they can play around to help her destress

Yoongi

with yoongi it’s more of a “i keep my distance but i’m fond” kinda thing. he thinks it’s a little challenging to match her energy, but he enjoys having her around. when yoonmi brings her over, yoongi would usually offer her some snacks and even pat her head every now and then

Hoseok

hobi’s favorite is kai wbk but he thinks seri is adorable! they don’t talk as often but he makes sure to greet her with a fist bump whenever they run into each other. honestly he just thinks she’s another yoonmi but a little more aggressive in a good way aksjfh

Namjoon

namjoon was the second to actually talk to her (first being yoonmi ofc) like he did when yoonmi first entered bighit, he’d check in on her every now and then to make sure she was okay and the boys weren’t too much for her. he’s like her second leader basically

Jimin

jimin! if yoonmi has a yeonjun, seri has a jimin! he visits her most frequently and usually clowns her while they hang out. it’s a cute little bond that many people have compared to yoonmi and yeonjun. jimin says seri is like a little cousin. they don’t see each other often, but they’re still really close

Taehyung

taehyung on the other hand sometimes tags along with jimin. funnily enough, he talks to seri like they’re the same age and not the way he babies yoonmi. he likes having conversations with her about different genres of music, mostly jazz and musical theater

🖤 … have you been in any scandals? how have they affected you as an idol? as a person?

yoonmi: “too many to count... there have been scandals ever since i was announced as a member of bts, so they’ve made me more quiet on camera. also, after the 2019 scandal, i’ve decided to be more honest on camera to forego anymore misunderstandings. i won’t say i’m stronger, but i’d like to say i handle things better now”

seri: “so far? only two scandals surprisingly. the first is, well, people comparing me to yoonmi. i grew from that and i’ve been working on building my confidence. then there was the dating scandal with cour lovely dino sunbaenim. no, chan oppa and i laugh about that, now i’m pretty careful about how i am with my friends”

ari: “after i-land, people said i was childish and only part of the lineup because of my reputation as someone who was in the debut lineup of mixnine... i guess i’ve been practicing a lot more, well not recently, and i try to conduct myself in a way where i hope people take me seriously. uuunless i’m with riki in the dorm...”

yoonmi: “i like eating fruits with salt. everytime i told someone this, they’d always look at me weirdly, which is why i was ecstatic when i heard riki likes eating fruits that way! we’ve eaten together a lot now~ oh and blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. being related to someone by blood doesn’t mean you have to love, respect, or care for them if they don’t do the same for you.”

hannah: “i don’t believe in respecting someone just because they are older or my senior. respect should be earned, not handed to you on a platter. if you’re going to disrespect me purely because i’m younger or make me feel inferior because i’m your junior, then you aren’t someone who deserves respect. god, the amount of times manager kihyun had to talk to me about how that’s not how it works in korea...”

seri: “hard work isn’t all it takes to be successful. people might hate me for this, but i do know that luck plays a big factor because i’ve seen people who work hard yet never get the credit or compensation they deserve, and people who do nothing but end up well-off. and strawberries are the worst berries.”

ari: “love at first sight doesn’t exist. some people are lucky to find those they hit it off well with, but they worked towards their relationship. it’s not like they just magically click. i mean, look at yoonmi unnie, it took her and mark sunbaenim years to get where they are now”

💜… what’s your idol image like? is it different from your off-camera personality?

yoonmi: “i usually try my best to make sure there’s no difference on and off camera for me, but i do tend to be a little bit quieter when i know we’re going to be on broadcast. habit from my childhood, i guess?”

hannah: “it’s a pretty well known fact that sm pushes this chic ice princess image on me, but i’m pretty sure i’m more affectionate than that? also johnny oppa says i’m a wildchild off cam”

seri: “oh, let me tell you. i am so much more tired compared to the energy people usually see from me. even when my friends hang out with me i usually want to stay in one spot and not move!”

ari: “jay oppa teases me saying i act more like a kid off-broadcast... i just want people to take me seriously, but i do mess around with the members a lot, especially riki”

💫 … is there any idol you just don’t get along with? any member of your group you’d fight if you had the chance?

yoonmi: “no, everyone i’ve met had been very nice! some non-idols on the other hand... but if i had to fight anyone it would be ggukoo oppa or heeseung. they both think i don’t know jiu jitsu anymore!”

hannah: “i mean, woojin oppa and i fought a while back, and we haven’t spoken to each other since... jihoon oppa is frustrated with us, trust me. oh, i’d fight injunnie, though, 1000%”

seri: “kim seungmin! kidding! we used to not like each other, but we’re good. nct’s jisung seems uncomfortable with me, though, so i try to avoid him when i hang out with Jeno oppa”

ari: “i haven’t met too many idols yet... oh! i had a little run-in with yuna from itzy... yeah we’re kinda, um, awkward? oh and i don’t think i’d fight any of my members”

Actually, how would all the girls be doing?

yoonmi’s spending as much time as she can with them. actually, she’s taking it the worst actually since she does kinda have ✨attachment issues✨ so right now the boys are talking to her about getting her own place so she doesn’t feel their absence by seeing their empty rooms in the dorm aksjdb but she’s going to focus on taking care of her niece and (rn soon to be born) nephew and solo promotions (partially for bighit to still earn, partially to keep her busy and distracted) i’d like to say she’d spend all their breaks with them, but she won’t unless explicitly invited bc she doesn’t want them to miss out on time with their family for her sake

hannah honestly would be pretty okay. not everyone’s gonna be gone at the same time, and more than half of them aren’t enlisting anyway. she and renjun already made a pact to release a unit song when the rest of dream’s 00 line enlists just to annoy them 🤧 honestly, there’s so many neos to hang out with. it’s hyuck she’s worried about bc she’s so used to being with him all the time and him just crashing at her dorm randomly and vice versa. so long as they update the nct gc every now and then that they’re alright then she’ll be fine

seri: “no, i don’t have a pet, but i do have a little brother! he’s over at the dorms way too often, but i love him. the boys adore him too!”

seri: “hmmm first of all sleeping in until like 10 in the morning. next is going out to take photos with tyun then there’s nothing else specific after that... as long as it’s pretty chill, nothing too weird going on. oh! and stopping by a bakery, of course!”

seri: “oh *laughs* someone who i can be comfortable and mess around with, but also knows when to not cross the line. someone who makes me laugh and won’t get tired of me singing broadway songs. someone kind, too, and can be sweet too”

22. what’s the easiest way to flirt with you

yeonjun *in the distance*: no! there is no easy way!

seri: *laughs* “don’t mind him. but it’s true, there isn’t really an easy way. gyu flirts with me all the time, so i’m kinda immune to flirting at this point... invite me to a broadway musical date, then we’ll talk”

❌… what’s the worst part about being an idol? how do you deal with it?

yoonmi: “the worst part is probably just the fact that i can’t really visit my family freely. my parents and little siblings in australia aside, i only see yoonsung oppa when he visits us or when we plan months in advance. and i barely see channie oppa now, but i’m coping by video calling them a lot!”

hannah: “constantly being under the spotlight? im part of two groups, one of those has me in three sub-units. i’m always filming something, and it just gets a little stressful always having to play the part the company wants me to... so i try not to focus on that and just be a little more myself”

seri: “the public criticism and hate? no mayter what you do, there’s always going to be people who think of you badly. even just breathing can get people to think badly of you. honestly, when hate gets too much, i talk to the members, and sometimes i get advice from the bangtan sunbaes”

ari: “the way everything seems like a tiking time bomb. i don’t know if it’s like a side effect from the survival shows or watching my friends debut and thinking i was running out of time, but yeah. when it feels like things are going too fast or stuff, i talk to hee oppa or just do random stuff with the rest of maknae line. someone once told me to never forget i’m still a kid, so i’m making the most of my time”
