Kinger/dad I had a bad dream can you tell me about mom/queenie 🥺
Do you want to talk about it? That must have given you a scare.
If not, that's okay. Just know that I'm here for you when you need someone to talk to.
As for your mom, my dear, she was... is the most compelling person I have ever met. No one was as beautiful, or as smart, or as ambitious as her. Oh, and funny too! Even though everyone else thought her jokes were horrible, to me they were funnier than any comedy on the face of this earth.
In hard times, she was my rock.

Let me tell you a little story, little one.
There was a time where I-- yes, I!-- was terrified of bugs. I never liked them. Absolutely hated them. From computer bugs to actual ones, I never really was fond of the tiny critters.
Then one day, while I was talking with her on some bizarre adventure Caine whipped up for us, a dragonfly the size of half my pawny head sat on my cross! I was scared out of my gloinks... Queenie told me it was an omen, and I got even more scared out of my robes because I thought it meant something bad was going to happen.
She had a good laugh at that, before she told me good omens exist too. Silly me!
She told me how all these tiny critters aren't horrible. Infact, they're more helpful than inconvenient. That I shouldn't judge something or someone by their cover. Or soemthing like that, eheh.
After that, her enthusiasm just... Pulled me in. And it wasn't just the feelings I had for the bugs that changed. She changed my thoughts on bugs, and on how I look at the strange or the confusing.
It's one of the many things I love about her.
The way she brought perspectives, better perspectives in my life. She was, is the best thing that happened in my life.
Sometimes, when I close my eyes... I can still see the dim, colorful glow she basked in the last time I saw her. And feel the warmth of hers on my hand. She was nothing but chaos to so many at the time, but to me,
She was still my Queenie.
