Keth most definitely would use it as an opportunity to write a letter to Theodore, the human doctor who once cared for him and the man he fell in love with. It's probably been a while since they've seen each other and he would very much want to let him know that he's okay and still thinking of him, yearning for the day when they can be together again. He is a bard so he would wax all the poetry about Theodore and his beauty and kindness.

I am starting to suspect you asked these questions specifically for me to go on and on about Theodore xD Theodore is the love of Keth's life. He is the person he thinks about before bed, he is the reason he is adventuring, he is the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with and sing songs about and write poems about. He wants to set them up in a wonderful little cottage where Theodore can see patients while Keth reminisces about his adventures and writes new stories.
