lol if Ashling had been the first Finn found out was a synth, he might have had a bad reaction but now that’s he’s been introduced to the idea of non-Institute synths courtesy of Sam, he’d take it a lot better

Hahaha “fashion”.

Okay Finn DOES have like, “nice” clothes. It’s basically his cleanest, best fitting button down shirt (still a little short in the arms but eh whatcha gonna do) and the one pair of slacks he owns. Still usually wears his ratty old boots with it tho, just cuz he’s never found a pair of “nice” shoes that actually fit.

Though he’ll probably give Stian and Sam grief for the cousins shtick, he too sees all synths as a sort of family. Not like immediate family, because he’s had one too many sexual and romantic encounters with fellow synths to make that savory.

Kinda depends on who he’s teaming up with. If it’s someone he likes, he’s all about it. He doesn’t really enjoy being by himself, and having another person around helps keep his anxiety in check, he feels like if he fucks up (and he’s always kinda assuming he’ll fuck up), the other person can help compensate for it. 

Another day, another thing that needed blowing up in the hustling hub of virtue that was Goodneighbor.

Bradley was oddly conflicted about it, a remarkable change from his usual chipper deposition when something around town needed blowing up good. There was no hesitance on his part in blowing it up, in fact he was looking forward to making something go boom; there was something oddly cathartic about making something larger than a person go toppling down.

Nor was it the fact that the good mayor himself had asked him, it wasn’t the first time and probably not the last. He was just happy that he hadn’t been commissioned to detonate a building with some.. Problematic entities inside that he’d rather like not to be around anymore.

No, what was eating him was that.. He’d never really detonated something this close to other living, breathing denizens of their wretched little town.

Usually it was derelict buildings in areas that were already abandoned. Make room for something else, maybe rebuild, help people return.

This, this was close to many homes. Did he have the chops for this?

Never, it’s the only home I’ve ever known. Besides, God knows how people might react to synths elsewhere. It could be worse.
