“ speak for yourself. ” her words came out sounding more EXHAUSTED than she had originally anticipated , but then again ---- their situation wouldn’t allow for anything else. really , a room full of angry MORTALS trying to wrestle their way to the front of the line and complain , all because minhee had forgotten to put the baked goods away after an eventful day working her OTHER job ? what had she gotten herself into. if her superiors saw her in such a state , they would undoubtedly never allow her to live it down. with that thought to turn her mood even DARKER , the reaper would grab the nearest ( and moldiest ) baguette and begin waving it around the counter like a baseball bat. certainly , this wasn’t what she wanted to show the witch in terms of how she ran her business ---- but of course , desperate times called for desperate measures.
