Wish had met Byeol in the past during work while she was in South Korea. The two had hit it off almost immediately and became fast friends. Keeping in touch over the years, they always tried to make their schedules work to meet up while in the same areas. It wasn’t always easy but they made it work. Now that Wish had been living in Seoul for a while they were finally able to meet up more often. Even better, this time they had agreed to work on a project together.
Byeol was going to come by Wish’s apartment and have a girl’s night. Well, almost like a girl’s night with movie watching being replaced by working. They would most likely still eat all of the movie snacks, obviously you have to keep your brain full while you work, and probably gossip during breaks.Â
Wish had set up a place for them to work in the living room which was full of snacks, music sheets, notebooks, pencils and an electric piano. Her chairs were filled with pillows and blankets for comforting long-time sitting as well as in case it went late. She ushered Byeol over to the chairs and sat down across from her, “I think this is pretty much everything we’ll need. So! Tell me what you’ve been up to. It’s been so long since we’ve been able to have a meet up like this, or at least it feels that way.”
