Aru’s always the one who makes the references, we all know that. Especially LOTR ones. But why do we forget that Aiden is just as big an LOTR nerd as Aru? Like in almost no fanfics do I see where Aru says a reference and then Aiden plays along and then they're dying of laughter by the end, and everyone else is just staring at them wondering what's going on, like isn't that so cute?
Aru Shah headcannons for oneshot or fanfic use:
Aiden trying to take pictures during a storm, Aru comes in, points the camera, and tells him when for a perfect picture of the lightning or just perfect lighting
Aru will sometimes hold grudges and arguments in just to use them during a storm so that she can win. She can't help that there tends to be aggressive thunder after she's made her point that shuts everyone else up. She deserves to be petty. Bonus points if aiden/rudy/brynne brings it up to the potatoes like a conspiracy theory when aru suddenly seems too forgiving.
