What game has the best art style?

The irony that playing that Snake game has filled my inbox with video-game related asks. Seriously, do they think that people who play Snake are likely to be devoted video gamers? I have barely played any digital game since the point and click adventure went out of fashion in the '90s. However! This question asks about *games* not *video games* and I have thoughts about that.

I did think of Vaesen - Nordic Horror roleplaying, which has a very strong visual identity, kind of cartoonish but still very atmospheric, love the limited palette.

And then I thought of Dolmenwood, which is a whimsical vaguely British folklore setting for Old School Essentials - a kind of cut-down modern optimised version of old-school D&D. Really want to play Dolmenwood at some point, partly for the art and partly for the all of it: isn't that cover delightful?

But really, I think even today, there's one RPG where the art is just beyond gorgeous, even though it's a really old game from the 1980s. And that is Skyrealms of Jorune. I mean, just look at this:
