when i had a lot of spare time over the first few lockdowns, wether out of school or in online school, i would always feel like a part of me was trapped outside, waiting to come back in. i relate to that feeling as much every day as i did back then, and i feel a lot of others would too- so i share my photography work here now.

i relate to Your Name, at golden hour, only for their partnership to disappear.

i relate to TOH, and the struggle for the portal back home, only for the portal home to bring so much of their misery.

i relate to the Submas guys, where ingo and emmet may never reunite, but simply must.

i relate to it in that we all left something behind over the past, and it will always feel like a connection has been broken: sections of your life can no longer coexist together without difficulty. i relate to it in revision (fuck the education system!!) where i’m frantically trying to hold together my personal life enjoyment, and my will to keep revising- they actively work against eachother. and to my friends who i left behind, where i’m constantly trying to find comfort in old connections: but contrasting with my desire to live for the present and the future.
