『アートの処方箋』

ご縁があり初日の「わたしの器づくり」に参加。粘土を手にするのは20年ぶりか？土を捏ねくりまわして自然に生まれてくる形が私の器（心）というテーマなので、花器とかではなく、役に立たないもの、つまり自分かも …とか思いながらアレコレ捏ねたり叩いたり日頃の鬱屈を発散。▶︎子どもから大人まで土いじりに没入し、最後はみんなで作品鑑賞。やはり子どもには敵わんよ。 ▶︎自分の掌から生まれたものは、安田侃（北海道美唄市出身）でなく、イサムノグチ（札幌市モエレ沼）でもなく、ルイーズ・ブルジョワかっ？とお世辞にも言えない変形した肉塊のような奇怪なオブジェ。これが私の心 …。▶︎4月に焼いたものが戻ってくるのだが、楽しみ半分、なんか怖いわ …。土いじりも癒し効果高いのね。会場となったカフェ、ゴルディロックスのケーキを食べ損ねたのが深く心残りである。

I’m so glad I began to use henna to declutter my feelings. Sometimes everything becomes so overwhelming, but then I automatically get drawn to the henna cone. At first I’m like this stupid henna paste can do nothing to help me. Then as I start to concentrate on the details and the lines… SubhanAllah…

Its an organic slow process of beautifying my hand and I keep looking at it… once I remove the dried paste, the patterns are of a beautiful orange and as hours pass the stain becomes brown. Absolutely wonderful.
