After a long break, I am finally gearing up for my next shop update and release of new items! It will be sometime in late July. I will be sure to post the exact date in my profile once it’s chosen. Here’s a glimpse at some of the altar cloths I’ve been working on. As all of my altar cloths begin as antique linens, I was able to hunt down a few matching sets, so there will be some limited editions in addition to the usual one-of-a-kind pieces. For those of you who might be newcomers to my feed, all of my altar cloths start as antique linens that I then transform through hand dying and screen printing of my original designs. The end result is a functional piece of art that can be used to imbue your sacred spaces with extra magic as well as the energy of transformation and positive change. I had a lot of fun trying some new dye colors for this batch. My favorite is the russet sunset color in the third picture. This batch also debuts my newest screenprint of the Henbane wreath, an ode to the lore that newly departed souls are crowned with Henbane to ease their passing as they walk along the river Styx in the underworld.
