Today's selection is from @sartz208 on X (the everything app) This week's theme is architectural sketches with a focus on perspective.
These types of sketches have always caught my eye due to the complicated nature of drawing buildings. Despite the rigid nature, sketches like these have always had a about them that is prime for filling in with washes of watercolor Additionally, this specific piece uses 3 point perspective to show an overhead view of the depicted buildings, adding to the interest of the overall piece. This is a specific skill I would love to master in my own time, but for the time being, I will stick to posting for my class.
