Has to be over 15+, due to past issues and experiences.. It seems MOST APPROPRIATE for the mods to be more mature and well kept to handle taking care of problems.

Must be able to either do morning, afternoon or night! If you are terminally online and can do all day, you can! But PLEAASEEEE take breaks :]

Should read the room and understand what to do whenever a situation gets intense. A roleply gone wrong? A fight between two or three Members escalating? What will you do in this case?

I love that I got to draw that moment when Andy got to lay eyes on Quynh again for the first time after so many centuries. It’s a really wide shot, though, and Quynh is tiny, so I felt like none of my usual styles would work well. Luckily I’ve never needed much of an excuse to try something different. So this one is a little bit of an homage to the original comics as well.
