Why don't artists have agents?
I am excited to be participating in the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park next month on Stand D9 under the umbrella of Artfully Sorted – My good friend and Art Agent Charissa Risley. As an exhibitor, I am able to offer some complimentary tickets on a first come first served basis to anyone who has a genuine interest in my artwork. Timings as follows:
Wednesday 11 March: Charity Private View 17.30 – 21.30 Thursday 12 March: 11.00 – 17.30 and Late view: 17.30 – 21.00 Friday 13 March: 11.00 – 19.00 Saturday 14 March: 11.00 – 18.00 Sunday 15 March: 11.00 – 18.00

The Private View reception takes place on Wednesday 11th March from 5:30 – 9:30pm and is a fun vibe with music.
There is also a Late View reception on Thursday 12th March from 5:30 – 9pm.
If you would like to come, let me know which session of the two evening sessions, Wednesday or Thursday, you are most likely to make, and I will send you the relevant booking code for you to arrange your online tickets.
Each invitation allows complimentary entry for two people throughout the whole of the fair, so you are able to come back, say at the weekend, using the same ticket, you only need to ask for a re-entry slip when you exit on your first visit.
If you can’t make either of the two nights above, but would still like to come on a different day, just let me know and I will advise accordingly.
I will have the following selection of originals, Hand Embellished Ltd Edition Prints and Ltd Edition Resin Prints proudly on display and available for purchase. To include the award winning ‘Mystique’ and ‘Secret Rehearsal’, and the multi award winning ‘The Passion of Dance’ and ‘Solitaire’:

Affordable Art Fair – Battersea, London 11 – 15 March 2020 I am excited to be participating in the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea Park next month on Stand D9 under the umbrella of Artfully Sorted - My good friend and Art Agent Charissa Risley.
I have come to the realization that we have gotten fairly decent at making art, but we will probably always be terrible at selling it.
The solution I’ve come up with is fairly simple: I’m going to try to find someone else to sell it for me. I need an agent. I know it’ll cost money, but *not* having an agent is costing us a lot more.
I need someone with people skills, connections, and industry insight. Someone who can suggest and coordinate things like getting into galleries, online selling, retreats and continuing education, etc.
I need someone who can put up with our flightiness, bad memory, and mental health hilarity.
Plus sides: we generally take constructive criticism well, follow instructions well, and can be highly productive when the stress of marketing and selling is taken off of us.
You don’t have to be local.
