Sometime on 3/27, Chaim and Issac Pollack illegally changed the locks through the use of a marshal on the tenants in #5D at 332 Rutland Road . Â The tenants of #5D did not receive any court documents about an eviction procedure which Issac and Chaim Pollack have done to other tenants in the past .
The primary tenant of #5D is the same elder Black woman tenant, that Isaac Pollack has refused to provide a stove to for 4 years. Â Â Knowing that she was out the country dealing with the death of a family member, Issac and Chaim Pollack illegally changed a locks on her !
The other Black elder tenant who has been living in #5D since early February came home at approximately 8:15pm to find he could not get into the apartment . Â This tenant is currently receiving dialysis treatment while desperately trying to find a place to stay because of this illegal lock out !
The attorneys of Brooklyn Legal Services Corp A who represent The 332 Rutland Road Tenant Association are springing into action to fight to get these tenants back in their home but WE NEED EVERYONE'S to help hold Isaac and Chaim Pollack accountability for this illegal eviction !
