Now that the ice has been broken and our characters are beginning to mingle, itâs time that we at Athanasia threw more stuff at you. While we still want everyone to post a starter, donât feel bad if yours hasnât been replied to! It will still be there for new members. However, we want to rather direct your attention to our Events and Prompts!Â
Starting the first full week of April (5th - 11th), weâll be giving you material to write about or RP about. Every Monday will be a Prompt, and every other Friday will be an Event! (DETAILS BELOW)

To all new members (technically all of you, as weâre new!), please start or reply to a starter by tomorrow (Saturday March 28th) at midnight! When replying to a post, please select the âTEXTâ option, rather than a link. Please also trim your threads to show the previous post and your reply so the dashboard remains tidy and much easier to comprehend.

So weâve got a huge influx of apps lately, and thatâs awesome! Keep in mind that our activity timer is rather strict! Hereâs our New Member Checklist as a reminder.
You have 48 hours to create a separate blog for your character, NOT a side blog. Please make sure your theme is easy to navigate, and you keep your blog organized with proper tags.
Once you have your blog set up, message the main rp site stating that you have. Youâll then be given a link to the OOC chat. Joining this is optional.
Track the following tags: #arpupdate #arpfollow #arpevent #arpstarter
Follow the other members of the roleplay! You can find the master list here, or you can browse the accepted members tag here.
Your 72 hours starts as soon as your blog is created. Please either make a starter post tagged #arp-starter, or reply to someone elseâs. Try to choose one that hasnât been replied to. (( Feel free to get creative and wild with your starter post! Itâs possible to meet people outside of bars and coffee shops. ))
If for whatever reason youâre not able to meet your 48 hour deadline for your new blog, alert an admin. Same with your 72 hour deadline for a starter post! As weâve just accepted a huge wave of members, we expect everyoneâs deadlineâs for blogs to be Friday at midnight, and starters by Saturday at midnight. Henceforth, weâll be publishing applications every Friday night.Â

With intentions of keeping things in motion, we will be approving applications regardless of the count at midnight. Of course, we will still be accepting applications perpetually henceforth, so donât feel as though youâve missed your window! We simply wish to get the roleplay going so we can keep our activity at peak! Keep an eye out for your application and whether or not it was approved. Once it has been, you have 72 hours to create your characterâs new blog and post a starter thread. After that, your activity timer begins!

The wait is over, and the time is now! You can enter your character applications starting now. We will not be accepting any applications until we have a handful of characters. That way you'll actually have other people to RP with when you're accepted, and you're not waiting on people to join!
