Everything there has been designed by higher beings to kill any non-argonians. The plants want you dead, the animals want you dead, the argonians want you dead, the very air wants you dead. For once, Bethesda could make an actually hard game.

Also, the setting could look downright beautiful, with jungles that actually have color. Art designers could flex their creative muscles and make some awesome monster designs.

It could cover themes of slavery, imperialism, racism, colonialism, and spirituality. It could be fantasy that isn’t based off medieval Europe for once.

It would be so cool!

Like ‘dwarves’ kind of exist, but they’re not the squat and burley dwarves of Tolkien, but just a variant of elves that decided to spite the gods and focus so hard on learning the secrets of the universe that their entire civilization got Thanos’d out of existence. So now there’s magical steampunk technology they left behind all over Tamriel.

Because this world leans on the trope of the Unreliable narrator, there’s an air of mystery to a lot of history and makes it feel more like a living, breathing world full of people who don’t have perfect encyclopedic knowledge of everything and knowingly or not impart their own biases when trying to put that history into writing.

Sakelz is an Argonian adventurer born in Black Marsh as the youngest son out of four siblings of a truthfully poor family. Despite this Sakelz grew up seeking knowledge often spending what little coin he has on books learning magic by himself at the age of 10 while also learning politics from one of the elders of the city he lived in.

Sakelz is a thin Argonian with black and gray scales, though a few of his scales on his face are blood red. Eye color wise he has a nice emerald green. He has a pair of small horns on the back of his head with several red feathers

And age wise he's in his late twenties early thirties

Moral/Alignment-

Sakelz is Chaotic Natural. He's willing to save children from a fire even if it means possible death but if it's you or a daedric artifact welp RIP pray you don't end up with Molag Bal (off topic but reminder the reason Serena isn't romancable is because she got raped by Molag since she's a daughter of Coldharbour, plus she's just uncomfortable in temples)

What side would he take in the Skyrim civil war? Empire, he's politically aware. He agrees that the ban of Talos is bullshit despite not worshipping the Imperial gods but he's also aware that if Skyrim cuts off the Empire it'll be alone and in its current state the Thalmor could just roll in, stomp out anyone who'll fight back and take over, and the best chance to beat the Thalmor is a united and powerful Empire
