                           HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CORVUS!

So unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months most people who follow me know I’m dating Corvus. Found under the blogs @bardbattled, @arcanasmuses & @graviitatiional which are all amazing blogs you should follow. But we didn’t MEET on these blogs. We met over two and a half YEARS ago on other blogs under different names. Back then, I went under an alias and Corvus went under their own adorable one.

We started writing together and I have yet to find someone else with my original characters who has given me a chance to flesh them out. If you couldn’t tell, I like canon characters because I like to expand on their lives but don’t have the creative ability to write full backstories. Well, I didn’t. Thanks to Corvus, I learned to write whatever came naturally and what came out of using said characters in dungeons and dragons sessions. So now I have well developed and rounded characters and I had a new best friend!

Flash forward to June 2019 and I was in America. Getting to hug Corvus like I’d always wanted and show them that no matter what they deserved to feel happy and loved. There’s some dark times surrounding Corvus’ birthday that I won’t discuss but I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen again. I flew out there with my sister and for two weeks we were joined at the hip. On their birthday we went to EPCOT and wandered around the pavilions just chilling out. It was amazing.

Corvus has always been a stalwart supporter of me even when I couldn’t fight for myself. When I wanted to give up they would be there threatening to fly over and punch people. It’s adorable, really. I can’t wait for when they can come over here and I can show them more of England ahead of their eventual move out here. But most of all I can’t wait to share my life with them all the time instead of us both getting screwed over by timezones.

I love you, Corvus. And I know your book is going to be a bestseller. I know you’re going to fight the demons like all our characters have in our MCU-esc universe we have created for ourselves regarding them and come out stronger. You already are. Over these past few years I have watched you go and I know you will go so far.

Now everyone just imagine us on a boat with lanterns to really add to this moment. 

  “ i don’t think you can just break into his house to check if he got you a good gift, hol. what if his security system goes off? i don’t know if i could deal with you being in jail for your birthday. why don’t you just wait and enjoy the surprise?” the blonde knows holly likes testing jared but this is just going to end badly.
