It seemed like Aramis was hiding from her. Sure, she’d heard the rumors that he might have been connected to that shitty villain who had shot and kidnapped people, so she could understand him not being too keen on being in the public eye. But she also figured she knew Katarin well enough to ay that if he was still a danger, he would have been run out of town missing a few critical pieces. So that meant him avoiding her was stupid. 

Which was why she was here at his gym to corner him before he could run away. When she caught sight of his profile, she sauntered up behind him. “Hey, what’s a girl got to do to get some good help around here? I heard this is the place to go to get fit and make good connections.”
